Frankfurt Airport has transformed its offline business into a comprehensive digital commerce suite, integrating over 30 retailer systems to enhance the customer journey. This omnichannel retail concept offers seamless on- and offline shopping options for passengers, utilizing business intelligence and personalization to deliver relevant services at various travel stages. The project, executed by AOE, included the digitalization of various existing systems and the creation of an e-commerce marketplace, significantly enhancing passenger shopping experiences and operational efficiency.
