Q1:-What do you understand by open Self
Personality?
When a person knows ones own personality and is
willing to share ideas, thoughts feelings and values with
others, that person is called an “open self ” personality.
In service sectors like hospitality and aviation it is very
important that one should be an open self personality to
work successfully. He should be very clear to others. He
should share what he knows without shyness, uncertainity
or lack of confidence. He should know himself better than
others know about him. He should make conscious and
constructive interpersonal relations.
Q2:- Define the term Transactional Analysis
and what sort of Ego State you mostly
 operate
 justify by giving examples…
Transactional Analysis
Transactional analysis, commonly known as TA to
its adherents, is an integrative approach to the theory
of psychology and psychotherapy. It is described as
integrative because it has elements of psychoanalytic,
humanist and cognitive approaches. TA was first
developed by Canadian-born US psychiatrist, Eric
Berne, starting in the late 1950s.

In my Group we are five members we visited Select
City Walk Mall in Saket , New Delhi and we asked
some questions to some workers & Team Leaders.
one of them said that he is satisfied with his job &
one of them said that he is not satisfied with his job
because salary is not good and work is very tough.
Team Leader Mr. Gaurav said that he is very much
satisfied about his Job.
Q1:- Give Extempore Presentation on moral
values . It can be from Panchtantra story ,
Movies or any personal experience of an
 individual.(P)
What are moral values?

Morality as it relates to our behavior is important on three levels.
Renowned thinker, scholar and author C.S. Lewis defines them as:
(1) to ensure fair play and harmony between individuals; (2) to
help make us good people in order to have a good society; and (3)
to keep us in a good relationship with the power that created us.
Based on this definition, it's clear that our beliefs are critical to our
moral behavior.
1. Mother and father are the first line of God.
2. Time is very precious.
3. Sleep is for relaxation but not for enjoyment.
4. Good character, depth of knowledge, and positive
intelligence are the real assets of man.
5. Performing duties, fulfilling responsibilities, keeping up
his words, and not hurting others are the characteristics
      of a gentleman.
6. Love and care are the two eyes of God.
7. Love, without self interest, is the greatest in the world.
8. Bible is second to father's advice.
9. Life is an opportunity to learn from experiences.
10. Understanding feelings makes friendship.
Moral Value from “Panchtantra story”

           The Musical Donkey

Once upon a time, there was an old thin donkey who
used to carry clothes and other burdens for his master. At
night he was free to wander as he liked.
One night, he met a jackal and they both went out in
search of food. They found a garden filled with cucumbers
and helped themselves to a delicious meal. After that they
returned every night to the garden to eat cucumbers. And
so the donkey started looking healthy and fat.
One night, after a particularly tasty meal, the donkey was
overwhelmed with happiness and he told the jackal he
wanted to sing a song. The jackal immediately told him
not to do any such thing! He warned the donkey that
they were thieves so it was not a good idea to make noise
and attract the farmers attention. If they were caught,
they would be beaten.
But the donkey insisted on singing. The jackal told the
donkey that his voice was not sweet. The donkey was
upset and thought that the jackal was jealous of him.The
jackal warned the donkey again that if he did sing, the
farmers would come and reward him in a way that he
would not like.
But the donkey started singing, and the jackal decided
to wait outside the garden. When the farmers heard
the donkey braying, they rushed out to beat him. The
donkey fell down and the farmers tied a heavy stone
around his neck.
Somehow the donkey dragged himself out to the
waiting jackal. The jackal congratulated him on his
reward. The donkey realised his mistake and
apologised to the jackal for not listening to the good
advice.

MORAL : He who has no wits of his own or does not
heed advice of good friends, perishes like the donkey
I feel some Big changes in me because of them
and those factors which I learnt in Personality
  development.
 Now I realize the importance of time
  management.
 Now I realize importance of Leadership.
