4. What is GROOMING ?
 It is the process of making yourself look neat and
attractive.
 The things which you do to make yourself and your
appearance tidy and pleasant.

5. PERSONAL GROOMING
TREATMENT
 First I wash my face with cold water in morning.
 And then I brush my teeth and go for a walk for half an hour.
 After coming from a walk , I take bath.
 After taking my bath I have my breakfast which is suitable for my
diet.
 Then in evening I come to Frankfinn and after leaving from
Frankfinn I go home and have some snacks at home.
 After having my dinner by 9.30 pm then I go for a small walk.
 Before going off to sleep I brush my teeth and wash my face with
face wash.
 After washing face I apply cleansing milk , rose water and
moisturizer to my face.
 I apply face pack thrice in a week.

 Personal hygiene maybe described as the principle of
maintaining cleanliness and grooming of the external
body.

 I have a NORMAL SKIN, ie.a clear ,fine textures ,
supple and smooth surface which is neither greasy nor
dry.
 I wash my face daily with an clean and clear face wash.
 I apply cleansing milk , toner , and moisturizer for the
same.
 I apply face pack (of multani mitti/besan)at regular
interval.

11. Do’s and Don’ts of skin
 Do’s………
 Drink plenty of water(10-12 glass of water in a day).
 Keep your face clean by applying cleansing
milk,toner,moisturizer and by applying face pack at regular
interval.
 Use a good sunscreen lotion to avoid sun tanned.
 Eat healthy.
 Good Sleep.
 Go make-up free to bed.
 Choose the right makeup.
 Exercise.

12.  Dont’s ………
Avoid to much sun contact.
Avoid drinking too much coffee.
Avoid touching your face again and again.
Avoid using cheap makeup brands which didn’t suits your
skin.
Don’t use hot water to wash/rinse your face.
Do not indulge in in alcohol,smoke and junk food.

13. Home Remedies For Skin
 Take Besan, add a tinch of turmeric powder ,add cream,
milk, and 2-3 drops of honey in it and make a proper paste.
Apply on face and neck, let it dry and scrub it (for 15-20
min).
 Take Multani Mitti , sandalwood powder, Rose water,and
apply on face and neck, let it dry and scrub it (for 15-20
min).
 Take Aloe Vera and apply the pulp directly to your face and
wash with lukewarm water.
 Take egg white add 1-2 drops of coconut oil. Make a paste
and apply on face and let it dry.
NOTE: After applying the above face pack,avoid talking !

14. Hair Types

 Frizzy and Damaged Hair.

15. My Hair Type
 I have NORMAL HAIR , I apply oil before going to
sleep in the night and wash it in the morning at
regular interval.
 I wash my hairs twice in a week.
 I use Boots shampoo and conditioner , it keeps my
scalp clean and free from dandruff.

and Hospitality industries

17. Pleasing Personality
 It is something about the person who had good
features, inner beauty and a charm which means a
pleasing personality.
 Example : A person should be well-mannered in his
style and should be dressed professionally.

 Confidence is some what about this that a person
think that he is just better in some work than any
other.
 Example : A person should have confidence in his work
and should know how to present himself in
confidence.

19. Correct Body Posture
 A person body language is the graph of its personality.
 The characteristics of correct body postures is that
which connect enthusiasm , confidence , alertness and
well-being.
 Example : personality and manner reflectts the body
language of a person.

20. Proper Communication skills
 Communication is the life blood in any organization.
 It is vey important for creating an image of us in any
other mind.
 Example : A person should have a good command over
languages like Hindi and English, Grammar and
pronunciation should also be perfect. He/She should
have knowledge in every aspect.

21. Proper Grooming
 In this industry of aviation and hospitality grooming is
very important.
 Grooming affects the factors like wearing formal
clothes,make-up’s,physical fitness and personal
hygiene.
 Example : Grooming also reflects the personality of
the person.Well groomed person looks confident.

22. Positive Attitude
 It is something about thinking all the problems and
mistakes as positively and further thinking to avoid
such mistakes.
 Example : one should have a positive attitude in
his/her thoughts . positive attitude brings massive
success quickly.

 It is saying that if you value time, time will value you.
 The time is precious in this industry.
 Our timing and punctuality is very important.
 Example : Time doesn’t waits for anyone.

BEFORE JOINING FRANKFINN
 I didn’t take much care about my Hair and Skin.
 My Dressing was not good.
 I didn’t maintain Diet to put on weight.
 I didn’t practice regular Exercise.
 I didn’t practice Meditation.

42. AFTER JOINING FRANKFINN
 I take care about my Hair and Skin , I have started
applying face packs at regular interval to make my skin
brighter.
 Now a days my Dressing Sense improved a lot.
 I am maintaining a Healthy Diet to put on weight.
 I maintain my weight after joining Frankfinn.
 I am practicing regular exercise to keep my body fit.
 Doing regular Manicure and Pedicure.
