P ersonality Development which means self development in this process we need to go threw the some stages and study. This assignment for me, its was not a just study it’s a lesson for my life. In Vidyavati Ashram I found correct way of life I did case study of some children I got good experience from it. I am very Thankful of Anu madam who gave such a valuable responsibility to lead the Team.

Q 1: Keeping in mind your first day at Frankfinn and this day when you have completed the project please map your development in terms of your personality emphasizing on your SWOT……….

My first day at Frankfinn… it was grand moment in my life I was placing my feet on first step of my Dream Carrier some where I was nervous because of new place, new syllabus and new environment. As a new student I was quite and watching what is going in the class when I started to speak I got panic due to nervousness and environmental changes. But now I am friendly with this environment after this event day now I am comparing my previous days with this days now I am become judicious and rational I could manage hard sitution with correct decision making. I found my self as Ambivert Person I checked both side of situation and holding a middle ground of situation In terms of conditioning so every day I motivate my self. Because conditioning definition says “You cant change your past but you can develop your future by utilizing your present well.” so every day believing that I am a good Human Being this is my self conditioning now according to my environment I am conditioning my self to adjust with environment like my office, Class and family.

Rationality Empathic Positive Attitude Leadership Motivation

To become rational that person should be very wise, intelligent, discipline and good command over the emotions so he can be a judicious with all. That is called as rationality.

In process of personality development person should apply empathy internally that means “ put your self into other persons shoes and think accordingly” empathy help to make understand others very well with good long term relationship.

With help of Positive Stand Points and View Points person can get positive attitude. Which will help to achieve determine Goal. This attitude makes man positive in every area.

It’s a kind of skill which helps to make person wise and bold and definition says “Leadership is not about the awards or praise that you receive; it’s all about the deed.” so leadership is a positive strength for to development some ones personality.

It’s discovery to achieve what you decide provided you should encourage and remind constantly to your self that is motivation. If the person willing to get what he/she wants with appropriate action that is motivation.

Q 3: Analyze and discussed above mentioned factor with example from your experience during the assignment………

As I know to develop some ones personality mentioned all factors are very important. With all factors any one can become a good human being. Rationality:- The person who is very wise, judicious, intelligent and good command over the emotions that person called as a rational person. Example:- During my assignment, I feel that sameer was rational personal because when we plan our event schedule he was wise with every one and as team leader he was judicious with all team mates. Every time he was taking decision with intelligently not emotionally.

Empathy:- It’s a kind a strong strength like put our self into others person’s shoes and treat according that individual’s level. With this you can become more understandable and a boost toward the success. Example:- the best example for empathic that is Mr. Anand Gopal who is manager of that orphanage. When I approached him to give the permission for organize an event in their orphanage, so his approach was very positive he said “I understand the youth I had been form this so I will allow to do so.” After that he gave such a valuable support to us for this event.

Positive Attitude:- it is place your standpoints and viewpoints which leads to responses to different stimuli. That is attitude but with positive stand and view points. It will help you to achieve your goal within the measurable time. Example:- While doing assignment there was one individual who name is Shrawan he very intelligent boy and he is handicap with one lag still he want to become a good Cricketer in asked him how? He said while I watching cricket I learnt the technique I will try my best to play in future with positive attitude.

Leadership:- Leadership is not about what you do in the spotlight; it’s about what you do on the spot. It means what kinds of responsibility you carrying and hitting the target with the team mates. Example:- For Leader ship I would like to highlight my self because I believe I have completed my job well as team leader. Because as team leader with all responsibility I hit my target with all team mates and within the spot.

Motivation:- it’s an act to pushing your self to do some thing which you feels right. With motivation we can achieve what we dream it’s a self encouragement to your self Example:- During my assignment I have noticed one small girl who named is Muskaan I spoke with her for 3-4 minutes but I realized that she has lot of motivation in her self she said I want to become an actress when we asking her about it she says I am an actress and I am beautiful.

Q 4: Relate your statement in M1 to conditioning in life and state how conditioning includes development of once personality. Quote example from what you have noticed around you during the assignment…….

C onditioning is a big turning point to make your future well like wise definition says that “ we can’t change our past but we can develop our future with good uses of present.” There are two types of conditioning. Self conditioning Environmental conditioning

I believe that... I am best I am winner I develop my mind everyday with good thoughts. This is called as self conditioning.

Now I can… Be good student in my class. Talk with others very friendly. Make comfort zone in any Industry. This called as Environmental Conditioning.

I would get chance to conditioning some one so I will go with Shrawan. Because… He is handicap and may be some times he feel very alone as child we need to give some hops to him Reason:- he should not feet that he can’t do any thing in future. Result:- After conditioning I expect he become a good player in any Sport which he can play Opportunities after Conditioning:- As I know he very Creative and Innovative so He can become a Engineer, Actor or good Politian's.

Q 5: What qualities do you think were required to lead a team for this activity? How do you think one can develop same qualities? Tell us your roll in same role in context.

Always good organizing and time management carry a positive result of activity. That basis we can achieve what we decide to lead the team and develop some ones personality applies same. The Qualities are… Ambition Good time management Correct decision making Prioritization Emotionally balanced

If some one applies these Qualities to lead the team so… With Ambitions we will achieve what we expected. Define the height of the GOAL and Go for it ! ... Do it ! ... And get it done ! ... Individual would have manage the time according the activity so he can get what he expect. During any kind of activity, and as an Individual or team leader you may come across those difficulty that you didn't expect. So correct decision making will always help you to come out of it. Provided you need to think a lot about both side of difficulty. And take wise decision.

The base of lead the team is Prioritization. give the top primary preference to those things which is important. The Person who leads the team. He should be emotionally balanced and take a correct and wise decision with balance emotion

In this assignment I was a Team Leader of Warriors . I had 10 to 12 team mats. I played my role like… Lead the team and command them as per the task. Brief them what is the task and how to do. Help them as according to their difficulties. Motivate them to do the task within the time so that we can save time. While travelling I helped them like ticketing, food and be as a group. Organize Dance, Singing and Drawing Competition. To collect required Information for traveling and event.

Q 6: If you were given the task to develop even one of those underprivileged individual whom you have noticed during this assignment, what action plan would adopt to enhance his/her personality? What do you think reasons for the weakness and he/she have? What could be the opportunities could he/she use henceforth to correct those weakness and convert them into the strength? What could be the threats for the individual as obstacles in doing the same?

This is Srawan Sapkal 10 years boy. I interacted with him. He is in 5 th standard very intelligent and he wants to become a doctor. He like blue color it’s shows he is very peaceful and talented he feels good in this orphanage and been from last 5 yrs. And Very sharp listener he likes to make friends. Still he has some weakness so I will adopt this Action plan. Action Plan:- As of now he is just 10 years old according to his age and maturity we need to encourage him for those activity which will help him to become a good human being. Like trust on God Discipline How to be an emotionally balanced Be wise with every one How to manage the time Perception Persistence Always be happy No self under estimation Reasons for Action Plan:- As I understood him like he is very conscious child and if he applies this all qualities in his so he can achieve what he dream. Expected result :- Now he is just 10 years boy in next 12 years if he acquiring all qualities I expect he can be a doctor in next few years provided with other support also.

If he work on his this SWOT he can change his personality Action Plan for to Turn his weakness in strength:- He should always be happy with every one. In every activity he should take part. He need to seat together with his friend for study or games. He always need to believe that he is winner. He is orphan child. He is not getting those opportunities which will help him to achieve. He is Handicap with one lag he can’t do those jobs which normal individual can do. His environment is only his orphanage children which is not sufficient for environmental conditioning.

Weakness Action plan Result Handicap with one leg He need to go for good medical treatment to cure from it. If he gets well early so he can do which normal person can do. Under estimation He need to self aware so that he can realize what qualities he has He will become Positive person very soon. No believe in competition He need to take a part in every activity. He will achieve what he dreamed. Like to stay alone He always needs to be with his friends. So that he will not feel that I am handicap and alone.

Treats:- first he needs to remove this this things from his mind. Self underestimation. Loneliness Obstacles:- While Drawing competition I observed that some boys were disturbing him like “your drawing is bad mine is good” so was feeing so upset. As of now he is child after some time he may come across those obstacles that would become his treats. But he needs to over come from that.

Q 1: How do you think time management was important for the activity that you performed and why? While discussing talk about barriers that you came across of managing time effectively and thrown light on how you removed the same……?

It is a set of principles, practices skills, and system that help you use your time to accomplish what you want. Importance of Time management:- Time is a special resource that you cannot store or save for later use. Everyone has the exact same amount of time each day. Time not well used cannot be retrieved. Through time management you can “create” the time you need, and not just wait for it to come. By planning your time wisely, you will have more time to do more things.

Time management will help you set up your priorities. Time management helps you make conscious choices, so you can spend more of your time doing things that are important and valuable to you.

The time management was very important aspect for this event. For this event we should plane our activity according the time availability. On first day we were not on time at that orphanage because of lack of information. So information was very important for good time management On next day we had plan but due to other problem we were not completed our event that much effectively if we would get another day.

There was two group expected co-ordination was not there. On first days we were not on time at railway station because of some students left the class very late. On first due to some incorrect information we were not on time. Instead of work some students were busy with their phone. Some was playing with the camera and shoot the photos.

If we would have catch the local on time so we could reached on time. We could perform the event very effectively. We could also avoid delay to reach at home in time If we concentrate only on event so we could get more better experience rather than this. If some students gave extra contribution of efforts we could manage our time very effectively.

However I planed and completed the event and I helped team mates according to their concerns and I pushed the task as per desire schedules.

Q 2: How do you think an individual can be a better planner in terms of time management, discuss……..

One individual can plan the activity and manage the time. If he would have become punctual and discipline and also plan an activity he should think before plan the task Best time manager always cares about wastages of time so this thing if he keeps in mind so obviously he can be a good time manager. When we think of time management, however, we tend to think of personal time management, loosely defined as managing our time to waste less time on doing the things we have to do so we have more time to do the things we want to do.

Ability to beat procrastination and laziness is among the most important time management skills to learn. Identify your causes of procrastination and teat them accordingly. Good decision making skills is the foundation for time management. Information on decision making and techniques with links to related decision making articles and resources.

Prioritizing allow you to focus on what is most important. Learn to set priorities wisely, and you will achieve more and will have more of personal time. Learn to plan efficiently . Q 3: Study the team that you worked with for this assignment analyze a good time manager and talk about good practices you have notice for efficient time management. Looking back, please recollect as to how you could have saved time in completing this project. How dose your approach compare with your teammate’s approach….. ?

A s per my observation from my team Ajinkya was good time manager because while performing activity, he was very enthusiastic and he was doing the task within the desired time. Every time he was participating in cultural activity like singing and dancing competition. And on the event date he was at his town still he came on time at orphanage did the event. Also he helped to get all those gifts and goodies from there local market from his own money.

On first day we were supposed to reach by 2:30PM at that orphanage but due some obstacles like we missed our train, team member had some Problem relates to the place which we decide earlier. While discussing about our activity plan that time our team members was not co-operative with provided time schedule of the activity they had en numbers on concerns to plan themselves. In this activity according to activity schedules, however we planned the task but still they were not on time and there was some team mates were absent. So I feel that these barriers was which I came across while managing time and planning the task

In these two days we would have get good time to entertain them so we feel honor to entertaining them. On first day we interacted with them and after that we took entertainment session. We played with them also we distribute the some goodies and prizes among them in dance competition this all activity was commanding by our Team Leader so this was good example of good time manager. But fortunately if we would have got some extra time so we could spend more time with them.

During this assignment my team mate was forcing to post pone the event date by next two days and eventually orphanage management gave us only two days that is Friday and Saturday as per time availability But other team mates was forcing me to change event date if I compares my approach with their approaches so I realize some barriers leads to fall down good time management like them.

What is the importance of having an ‘Open Self’ personality? How does one develop an open self personality…[P]

An Open self personality is who knows others and himself/herself very closely. Having an Open self personality one can maintain good and long term relations and Business contacts with others. You feel more oriented regards to your objective or goals

You will share your Dreams, Desires, Hobbies and ambitions with others. You will also respects others Dreams and Ambitions. You will place Helping nature with all like Senior citizens and children. Respect of time and opportunity. Smile is identity of Open self personality.

You need to… Aware about your self in other hand what qualities and potentials you have. Define your Goal and it’s Height and term. Be Punctual and Attentive Make Good relation with your self and others also. Smile and establish conversation first. Say Hi and Hello to others.

Deal your Ideas, Dreams, Hobbies, Goal and Ambitions with others. Respects others concepts and ideas and Welcome them Keep others Happy and you too. kindness and sympathy towards others.

With respect of Interpersonal Behavior, analyze and present your observation, factors that influenced the same positively and otherwise, in your Team and in the groups of other individuals that you noticed around you. Use your class room learning, with reference to Johuri Window , Ego states , Transactional Analysis and the Four basic attitudes . Interpersonal Behavior is the study of ones own inner traits. Perception Transactional Analysis Knowledge Attitude Motivation Interpersonal Behavior is basically how "two persons" interact in any setting. When at a basic level, that is, between two people the relationship is strong and pleasant, it will lead to proper behavior. This behavior will result in GREAT ACHIEVEMENT.

Observation for Perception During assignment we visited Vidya Vati Ashram and I met orphanage manager Mr. Anand Gopal for organize an Event his perception was good about me and my team mates. Factors which I have seen is Positive His welcome with Smile Cooperation and interest Every time willing to help us regarding event

Transactional Analysis The way you relate with others . The give-and-take of behave and response how people behave and, how other people behave with them in response to the behavior. The give-and-take in these transaction is behavior related and helps one to understand human being better. This process call as Transaction Analysis Observation and Positive factors While we interacting with those children we behave as per their mentality friendly and in child ego state. Their response was positive because we understood them

Observation of Knowledge For this Assignment we should more knowledgeable because some situations we faced was worst. The factors influenced the same but Otherwise We should have every details regards to the Travel and place Knowledge of Time Management . So I feel that this factor I have observed in my team

Observation for Attitude We were clear about concept of activity we had plan it. The stand point and view point it was in place with right attitude. Factors and example shows Positive Sameer had good Positive Attitude. He was enthusiastic and helpful Planning of task with appropriate Time availability. Understanding others and provide proper Solutions. Great Decision making according to the circumstance.

Observation for Motivation I feel that motivation was not reflecting in some Team mates because. They were not giving priority to an event. They were doing task as they want. Some one was busy with their Phones and some was busy to clicking the photos. These factors shows that they don’t have motivation in themselves to complete the task effectively and with good result .

The most useful method describing the process of human interaction. It is named after the first names of its inventors, Jo seph Luft and Harry Ingham. It is a communication window for giving and receiving information. It is one of the most useful models describing the process of human interaction.

Open Self: The person - behavior, attitude, feelings, emotion, knowledge, experience, skills, views, etc - known by the person ('the self') and known by the group ('others'). Example:- From my class Sameer is in Open Self window. Blind Self : This is the information what is known about a person by others in the group, but is unknown by the person him/herself Example:- Sandeep is in the Blind self

Hidden Self: This is the information what is known to ourselves but kept hidden from, and therefore unknown , to others Example:- Kunal is in the hidden self Unknown Self: This contains information, feelings, latent abilities, aptitudes, experiences etc that are unknown to the person him/herself and unknown to others in the group. Example:-

Because I realize that… I am sharing my thoughts to my friends and others. I like to hear feed back about my self from others I help every one and strangers also. I share my dreams and goals and respects others dreams and goals giving motivation for them. Some time I feel that I am in Unknown self window I doing those things that I wont expect and others also.

Each and every human being behaving in different ego states depending upon moment and person. Parent ego state Adult ego state Child ego state “ Most of the time I am in Adult and Parent ego states ”

A state in which people behave, feel, and think in response to an unconscious mimicking of how their parents (or other parental figures) acted, or how they interpreted their parent's actions. For example:- a person may shout at someone out of frustration because they learned from an influential figure in childhood the lesson that this seemed to be a way of relating that worked.

The Adult ego state is about direct responses to the here and now. We deal with things that are going on today in ways that are not unhealthily influenced by our past. While a person is in the Adult ego state, he/she is directed towards an objective appraisal of reality. Example:-

The Child ego state is a set of behaviors, thoughts and feelings which are replayed from our own childhood. Example:- A person who receives a poor evaluation at work may respond by looking at the floor, and crying or pouting, as they used to when scolded as a child. Conversely, a person who receives a good evaluation may respond with a broad smile and a joyful gesture of thanks. The Child is the source of emotions, creation, recreation, spontaneity and intimacy.

I am responsible person in my family so… When I am taking any decisions I always take my parents suggestion with prior intimation. With my brother I deal maturely and with responsibility. I take care of my family and I respect their orders. Some time I advise my friend with parents ego state like ‘ please don’t do this… do this… it will give you benefits ’. I advice my friends and my family for their advantage.

As per Johari Window theory. Partially I am in Open self and partially in Blind self. Because every time I like to share my each thought and knowledge with others. Some time my friends tells me about my those things which they observed in my behavior but I didn't realize many times. Example:- I keep my hand on their shoulder and arms while talking they fell as a support and motivation from me.

When I am with my family and friends I am in Adult ego states. With my Colleague and Senior I behave in Adult ego state With Small children and grand parents I am in child ego states. as per situation and person I behave in different ego states,

Body Language:- Strong way of express your message to audience which is 93% of total communication. Facial Expressions:- Your facial expression demonstrate your emotions and feelings. Eye Contact:- To deliver faith of your message proper eye contact helps.

Material :- uses of appropriate Paper, ink color or envelops. Formal Language :- Use simple Language avoid slang or offending words with proper punctuation and symbols. Demonstrate Empathy :- use empathy towards to the receiver regarding aim of subject

Personal Barriers:- The barriers comes from Human behavior like tension, stress, ego or mood etc in communication process that is personal. Example:- We reached there at around 2:00PM so every body was hungry and tired because of long distance travel while talking with them some time we couldn’t concentrate what they are saying.

Physical Barrier:- The barrier comes due to the physical or virtual object and it effects to the communication process that is called as physical barriers. Like noise or partition between sender and receiver. Example:- During the assignment I was talking with some children some children was playing and dancing because of that noise it was interrupting our conversation.

Semantic Barriers: The Barriers comes due to the language that is called as semantic barriers. Its not conveying proper message to the receiver due to the language Example:- There was some boys who doesn't understand English and Hindi so it was a semantic barrier for the successful communication.

To remove the same Personal Barriers:- We must have good breakfast in the morning then we must have to move after the breakfast Physical Barriers:- We must have to plan the activity as per number of children and need to make some groups so we could avoid loud noise. Semantic Barriers:- we were supposed to use easy Hindi and English language to interact with them.

In the Service Industry effective Communication is very essential because… Each and every day we need interact en numbers of people so we need to talk with them very effectively. While talking we need to be very patient and approachable. First good listener While talking over the phone greet the caller and use telephonic etiquettes. While taking Information use Phonetic Alphabets to get accurate data. Instead of ‘but’ use ‘however’.

Plan for another project likewise for future, in the areas of Aviation or Hospitality or Travel or all combined and highlight you stepwise Communication channel for executing the project taking the corrective measures form the current one… [D2/D3] You may use white board to sketch it out or use and OHP sheet or verbally discuss it. This task is also going aid you for your research unit, Unit 10 … [D2/D3].

Make and OHP presentation of 5 minutes on what you understand about Moral values and Character Building, highlighting the process of development of the same in a person and how state how this helps in one’s career…[P2b]

This reconnects us back

Generosity :-If we want to attract more prosperity into our lives, we need to start the process of thinking and being generous to all of life. All of this opens up the flow of supply into our world because whatever we give to life returns to us. Modesty:- Through an attitude of modesty i realize that we don't have to raise ourselves up with self-importance. God in his own way and time will reward us with whatever we need, as long as we rid ourselves

Truthfulness:- Our connection to our inner reality is strengthened when we align our thoughts, words and actions with truth and have the courage act with sincerity and honesty . This is the act of letting go of our own will and honoring the Divine Will instead

Moral Values Character building and my assignment experience During my assignments I have seen some moral values in those children and good character building like. Discipline :- These children before start their meal they pray. Respect :- they were calling us to boys bhai and Girls Didi so this was the respect for us. Principle Oriented :- Orphanage managements was very discipline and principle based regards to the children caring. Will Power:- About my case study which I mentioned earlier Shrawan he is Handicap with one leg still he wants to become a good cricketer and every day he tried for that.

We are honored to spent time those children who is in Orphanage. I feel some Big changes in me because of them and those factors which I learnt in Personality development.
