- 6. Grooming Grooming is the art of self- presentation and is the sun total of person’s appearance and his attitude as well as a projection of his/her personality. Grooming thus consists of two aspect.

It glows with an inner health which steams from good blood circulation and excellent health It is beautiful ,but it needs care if it is to last Neglect can lead to signs of aging and wrinkling.

Oily skin tends to age better develop fewer wrinkles then dry or normal skin

This type of hair is easy to manage and stay good-looking for even after a week after washing Normal hair requires less attention then other type. Just use shampoo conditioner, and oil at regular interval and in a balanced way.

Often, the scalp and hair roots will have oily feel, but the hair ends will be appear dry and split. Combination hair will need separate attention to the scalp and hair ends, wash your head often but also apply oily and conditioner to the hair ends. If possible, get the hair ends trimmed regularly to avoid split ends.
