Techniques to improve and maintain the condition of your skin. <ul><li>Type Of Skin </li></ul><ul><li>DRY SKIN: It must be hydrated regularly from inside with fresh water & outside with rich moisturized lotion. </li></ul><ul><li>NORMAL SKIN: It looks consistently plum, moist and vibrant. It benefits from regular cleansing, toning & moisturizing. </li></ul><ul><li>OILY SKIN: It has a greasy slippery texture and its prone to develop Acne. Oily skin benefits from periodic herbal steam treatment and clay masks. </li></ul><ul><li>SENSITIVE SKIN: This skin type is prone to react adversely to cosmetics containing alcohol , oil type ingredients, fragrance oil, & artificial colors. It benefits from natural, gentle skin care products and treatments. </li></ul>

Personal Grooming Treatments <ul><li>Action Plan for my skin :- </li></ul><ul><li>I have Normal Skin. normal skin is velvety, with small pores, and no visible acne. so I would teat my skin naturally. The plan which I will follow… </li></ul><ul><li>Water Therapy : I drink 10 to 15 glass of water every day . </li></ul><ul><li>Daily face wash with anti bacterial face wash </li></ul><ul><li>Daily routine of Cleansing Toning and Moisturizing </li></ul>
    9. 11. Daily Cleansing <ul><li>Cleansing is a critical daily skin care step. It’s removes the dust and dirt that chokes the pores on the skin. 2-3 times a day This is adequate for normal skins. </li></ul><ul><li>I do use Lakme deep pore cleanser. </li></ul>
    10. 12. Daily Toning <ul><li>Toning the skin helps remove any residual cleanser. A toner also helps natural pH level of skin, leaves your skin clean, clear and ready to hydride toning close the pores, tighten the skin and keep it from being exposed to many of the toxins that are floating in the air or environmental pollutions. </li></ul><ul><li>I do use Ayur Herbal skin tonner. </li></ul>
    11. 13. Moisturizing <ul><li>Well Moisturizing skin is soft and supple, reflects a healthy glow and ages less quickly. Moisturizing is very effective way to glow the skin and to get clear skin. </li></ul><ul><li>I do use Lakme skin Moisturizer. </li></ul>
