The study investigates the synthesis and properties of lithium nano ferrites (Li0.5Fe2.5O4) using the citrate-gel auto combustion technique at low temperatures. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy analyses confirm the formation of a single-phase cubic spinel structure with an average particle size of approximately 42.83 nm, while dielectric properties show standard behavior with frequency variations. The findings highlight the potential of this method for producing lithium ferrites suitable for applications in microwave devices and memory core technologies.
