Today, I want to share four tips on how to build depth
in your MLM Business. Just to clarify, depth includes
anyone that you did not personally enroll in your
business. Basically, it’s the team members OF the
people you recruited (and the people they recruited,
etc.).

Building depth is where the big money comes from
in network marketing. Never forget that. Personal
recruiting will make you some money, but team
building is where the BIG money comes
from. DUPLICATION. That is your goal.
With that being said, here are four tips for building
depth.

5. # 1 Always Work with the Newest, Most Excited
Distributor at the Deepest Level in Your Organization
• This is the single biggest tip I can share with you.
Always work with the green, the newest, most excited
people at the deepest level of your team. If you have
a new person on your level 10, go work with them
personally, because that will help motivate the other
nine people above them. Never forget that you build
this business from the bottom up, not the top down.

6. # 2 Treat Everyone As if They Were Personally
Enrolled by You
• Treat everyone on your team as if they were
personally enrolled by you. If someone calls you and
asks for support, help them. If you see someone in
your organization taking off with their business, reach
out to them and offer them your support.

7. # 3 Work Beyond of Your Pay Levels
• Don’t be short-sighted or greedy. Even if you find
someone good beyond your pay levels, go work with
them. Why? Because with the attrition in network
marketing, there is a good chance that person WILL be
on your pay levels within a few months. And if not, it
helps secure all the business above them. Plus, good
people are so hard to find.

• Get good at recruiting so you can recruit 4-8 people
every month. Place some of these folks in depth. This
is known as strategic placement. By all means, you
stay their enroller, but place them down deep in your
team so you can help the most amount of people
possible (if your company allows this).
