0% Load on Planning Tools
By using Planning Tools U-Net, we can change the Actual Load Based on daily KPI
monitoring of RB (DL & UL) usage in order to know SINR level on 4G Live
Network .

How to Change 80% Load on Planning Tools
In this slide, We have to change the actual load from 0% to 80% in whole mini
cluster that we want to analysis in order to know what is the impact of Load with
SINR level.

From Simulation of mini cluster there is no difference between 0% Load compare with
80% Load.
In this simulation one site have configuration of 10 MHz and all cell’s using the same Physical and RF Parameter as field implementation

SINR Comparison
From Simulation of mini cluster there is degradation of SINR > 0 dB at 5.75% due to
Load incremental from 0% to 80%.
It’s mean in every time we want to do optimization, we have to consider load of RB
utilization from OSS Daily Monitoring.
We have to mapping each cell and implement to our planning tools as our reference or
justification if any degradation of SINR KPI during Drive Test as the time goes by.
