My aim is, after watching this video all of you should be able to arrive at a correct working diagnosis of the type of urethral injury and should also be able to institute immediate treatment to the patients if there is a need. Urethral injury

Rectal prolapse involves the descending of the rectum through the anal canal. It can involve the inner mucosa alone (mucosal prolapse), or all layers of the rectal wall (full-thickness prolapse). Mucosal prolapse is more common in children, presents as less than 4cm of protrusion, and can be treated with injections or surgery. Full-thickness prolapse presents as a protrusion over 4cm, involves the entire rectal wall, and is more common in elderly females. Surgical treatment depends on the degree of prolapse but involves approaches to fixate and support the rectum.
Splenectomy
The spleen is an organ located in the upper left abdomen. It filters blood and fights infections. A splenectomy is the surgical removal of the spleen. It is usually performed laparoscopically to avoid complications of open surgery. During the procedure, the surgeon uses cameras and surgical tools inserted through small incisions to carefully dissect and divide attachments of the spleen. This allows the spleen to be removed while preserving surrounding structures like the pancreas and stomach. A splenectomy may be recommended for conditions like immune thrombocytopenia or certain blood disorders.

Nasopharynx and its diseases
1) Adenoids are lymphoid tissue located in the nasopharynx that develop in utero and enlarge between ages 3-5 before involuting at puberty.
2) Acute and chronic nasopharyngitis can be caused by viral or bacterial infections and cause symptoms like nasal obstruction, discharge, and ear complaints.
