This document summarizes ComAp's FirePro Diesel Fire Pump Control Panel and its features. The control panel is designed according to AS2941-2013 standards to control diesel-powered fire pumps. It allows manual or automatic start/stop of the engine via pressure switches or transducers. The panel monitors engine parameters and protections and communicates via optional modules. It provides remote monitoring and control through WebSupervisor and other PC tools.

WebSupervisor
The WebSupervisor system, a secure cloud-based remote monitoring system which allows
equipment fitted with various types ComAp units to be monitored via the Internet from
a remote PC or other web enabled device such as smartphone, webbook, etc. It operates
in any Internet browser and needs no special software to be installed. User can view
recorded data from their equipment, receive email alerts on alarms and control the remote
units. Dedicated applications for iPhone and Android provide a truly mobile constant
connection with the monitored equipment.
LOCATE
ComAp’s LOCATE system uses the power of GPRS communications technology to provide
users and peace of mind that the monitored asset is where it should be. Locate provides
location data to theWebSupervisor system without the need for costly GPS positioning
equipment and works anywhere there is a mobile phone signal, even indoors. Not only will
WebSupervisor show the position of the monitored equipment, it will also maintain a track
history and show route of the movement on a map.

FirePro Diesel Fire Pump Control
Panel is designed for diesel driven fire
pumps based on the AS2941-2013
standard. The panel is constructed
with quality components and the
hardware of a standard ComAp
industrial engine controller, with a
proven track record for flexible and
reliable diesel applications.
Emergency manual operation allows
the diesel engine to be started using
local buttons on the fascia of the
controller or by external buttons on
the control panel. Automatic mode of
operation provides starting by system
pressure switch or pressure
transducer.
The control system incorporates two
battery charging systems; the
controller monitors both the voltage
and charge current on both battery
systems and is available for display
on the LCD screen.
