This document summarizes a study examining the effect of exercise on exosome levels in trained and untrained individuals. Blood samples were taken from 4 subjects (2 male, 2 female) - one active and one sedentary of each gender - before and after an exercise test. Exosome levels were analyzed using the DelsaTMNano C machine. The study found that exosome levels increased more in the active subjects compared to the sedentary ones after exercise. This suggests exercise plays a role in exosome production and levels may be related to cardiovascular health, though more research is needed.
