This document is a screenplay that tells the story of Mila, a woman who suffers from dissociative identity disorder and has blackouts where her "bad side" takes over and commits violent acts. The story follows Mila as she has disturbing flashbacks and nightmares, and struggles with bullying. When news reports surface of the murders of her bullies, Mila watches CCTV footage that reveals she was the killer during one of her blackouts. The screenplay explores the dark side of Mila's psychology and her struggle with her dual identities.

1. INT. GOOD MILA AND BAD MILA IN OFFICE – AM
WIDE SHOT
(EERIE, TENSE PIANO MUSICPLAYS)
BOTH MILAS ARE SAT AT THE TABLE, WITH THE BAD MILA ON THE
LEFT SIDE IN A BLACK HOODIE AND THE GOOD MILA IN A WHITE
JUMPER ON THE RIGHT.
GOOD MILA fiddles with pencil; does not take her eyes off
it.
PSYCHOLOGIST
“So Mila, how do you feel?”
BAD MILA
“So Mila, how DO you feel?”
GOOD MILA
“I… I can’t…”
PSYCHOLOGIST
“How is the bullying?”
BAD MILA
“Come on, just a little revenge. Nobody will notice”
GOOD MILA
“I can’t concentrate.”
BAD MILA
“come on, it’ll be fun!”
GOOD MILA snaps her pencil
BAD MILA chuckles, slowly gets off the table and walks away
towards the front.
(EERIE MUSIC GETS LOUDER)

2. EXT. MILA IN WOODS 1-DUSK

LONG SHOT

3. MILA Dressed in all black with her face hidden with the hood
of her jacket making her appear almost unrecognisable
(Heavy breathing) follows and then pushes BULLY 1 aggressively
to the floor,
MID SHOT OF MILA
FROM HER SHOULDERS DOWN.
FOLLOWED BY TRACKING SHOT OF HER HAND WITH THE KNIFE STABBING
ONTO THE BULLY
MILA kneels, takes a knife and fatally stabs once with no
trace of remorse.
FADE INTO BLACK WITH STING

2. INT. IN MILAS HOUSE 1- DAY
CLOSE UP
MILA Wakes up (7:30am in white font on bottom right of screen)
MILA
(Panting heavily)
MILA dressed in pyjamas, the distraught face slowly morphs
into confusion from the strange nightmare. MILA busies herself
by frantically searching for her phone, to her relief she
finds and sees notifications on her phone. Subconsciously, she
scrolls down her phone ignoring it with the nightmare still
fresh in her mind. Mila throws her phone on the bed and gets
up from bed.
TRACKING SHOT OF HER WALKING TO BATHROOM
JUMP CUTS TO SHOW HER ROUTINE
LONG SHOT OF THE BATHROOM DOOR. CAMERA STAYS STILL.
3. MILA Walks into the bathroom in her PJs and looks in the
mirror.
MILA walks out with her outside clothes on.
WIDE SHOT OF HER ENTERING THE KITHCEN
MILA (Silently) Walks to the Kitchen to make toast. Mila uses
her butter knife and cleans.
FLASHBACK
CLOSE UP OF MILA STABBING BULLY 1
CLOSE UP SHOT OF ATNIDEPRESSANT BOTTLE
MID SHOT OF TAKING THE PILLS WITH WATER AND SIGHING

4. MILA (frantically) opens her bottle of antidepressant pills
and takes a pill with water, hoping to calm her nerves. Mila
sighs in relief.
DISSOLVE
FLASHBACK
3. INT – SCHOOL CORRIDORS 1– DAY
MILA walks out of classroom
BULLY 2 is behind BULLY 1 laughing, coming from the opposite
direction.
MILA Tries to run back but
BULLY 1 catches her.
BULLY 1 Holds Mila against the wall and grabs her neck
throwing Mila onto the floor,
BULLY 1
“F*cking finally”
BULLY 2
“You little bitch”
BULLY 1
“You’re worth nothing you little Bitch!”
CLOSE UP OF MILA’S EYES
MILA Looks straight into BULLY1’s eyes in fear.

5. MILA exits her house for work – DAY

She walks out of the main house door for work

6. INT. OPERATING THEATRE

5. BULLY 2 Lying on the operating table, lights coming from all
directions.
MILA At a distance but walks closer to the patient struggling
on the table, patient struggles to get out and silently cries,
turns her head and blood is dripping everywhere,
MILA Examines the body with her eyes and sees blood all over
the clothes, she starts the panic and grabs the white sheet on
top of the bully and chucks it on the floor. She sees BULLY
chained up with blood everywhere.
BULY 2 cries
CLOSE UP OF BULLY’S FACE
MILA hyperventilates then she screams from utter fear
FLASHBACK, FADE OUT BLACK
7. INT – MILA’S HOUSE – DAY.
And again the notifications wake her up. Her body still,
petrified. She continues to hyperventilate.
MILA Eyes arewide open, her corpse-like body dripping in
perspiration, wipes her sweat. Notifications are still
sounding, faster and faster. She picks up her phone, again
reads through the notifications. Someone has died.
CLOSE UP OF HER EYES READING THE TEXT
CLOSE UP OF THE MESSAGE ON HER PHONE
CLOSE UP OF TEAR COMING OUT OF MILA’S EYE
MILA shakes her head, throws her phone on the bed and then
gets up and sits on the edge and cups her face in her hands.
She sighs and stands up to walk to the door.
JUMP CUTS TO SHOW HER ROUTINE
LONG SHOT OF THE BATHROOM DOOR. CAMERA STAYS STILL.
8. MILA Walks into the bathroom in her PJs. She feels a sort
of panic and dizziness which makes her depressed.
CLOSE UP OF MILA GABBING THE BOTTLE OF PILLS
CLOSE UP OF HER FACE WHEN SHE SWALLOWS IT
MILA takes the pills from the sink and swallows it, making her
feel more calm.
MILA walks out with her outside clothes on
MILA Makes her toast,
LONG SHOT OF DOOR

6. MILA Exits her house for work – DAY

MID SHOT OF MILA TAKING BOWL OF PASTA FROM KITCHEN
LONG SHOT OF HER WALKING INTO LIVING ROOM.
A ready-made bowl of pasta waits for her in the microwave.
Mila walks into the living room, sits down and switches on the
TV with the remote whilst eating her pasta. As the news plays
in the background,
NEWS JINGLE
REPORTER
“Breaking news coming in this morning, where two young girls
have been brutally murdered in woods. Whilst making their way
to school, some children came across the severed body parts of
the victim which were scattered along Mile End Park.”
WIDE SHOT ON RIGHT OF MILA HAVING PASTA
NEWS REPORTER
“After arriving at the crime scene, the police source stated
that the deceased were 19 year olds Olivia Carter and Sophie
Faldo.”
Mila lifts her head AND THE FORK FALLS (she is shocked) at
the sound of familiar names and looks to the TV. She sees both
pictures of the bullies. (THE NAME OF THE BULLIES ECHO).
HIGH ANGLE WIDE SHOT OF MILA LETTING GO OF HER FORK AND
SITTING BACK IN SHOCK
CLOSE UP FROM RIGHT SIDE OF FORK HITTING GROUND FROM BESIDE IT
ON THE FLOOR
WIDE SHOT, HIGH ANGLE
MILA looks confused and shocked at the same time. Her head
starts to spin as she races for the pills in the kitchen.
TRACKING SHOT OF MILA TO KITCHEN
CLOSE UP OF MILA’S HANDS
MILA Rushes to her bag in to kitchen to grab her bottle of
antidepressant pills to calm her nerves.
Anxious to open the bottle of pills
MILA ENTERS THE LIVING ROOM AGAIN

7. MILA opens the bottle of pills as she gets back to the living
room
The sound of the news reporter gets louder
Her face is pale and shocked, and she is breathing heavily and
shaking vigorously whilst opening the pills
WIDE SHOT OF HER STANDING IN FRONT OF THE SOFA
CLOSE UP OF TV, NEWSREPORTER TALKING
NEWS REPORTER
“The police are asking for help in identifying the suspect.
Local authorities have found CCTV footage of the murder.
Viewer discretion is advised as some may find the following
content distressing.”

ZOOMS INTO CCTV FOOTAGE
10. CCTV footage of a girl running away from a body.
DISSOLVE IN
FLASHBACK
MILA is stabbing a body ruthlessly.

MILA PUSHES BULLY ON THE FLOOR

MILA continuously stabs the bully

11. MILA gradually realises that she is the person running on
screen.

MILA Begins to smirk.

“Mila?... Mila? Mila, who am I talking to?”
MILA face is senseless, she looks a little angry. She then
directly looks at the camera.
