1 INT. BEDROOM. MORNING 1
JOANNA EVANS wakes up. She sits up in bed and stretches.
After a moment she jumps out of bed with an excited look
on her face. JOANNA walks over to her wardrobe and picks
up the clothes that are hanging on the outside of it.
There is a black skirt and a formal top.
She carries them out of the bedroom and into the bathroom.
The bathroom door shuts.
We next see JOANNA as looks in the mirror of her dresser
and smiles. She puts on her make up and you can see her
getting more excited. She brushes her hair and sprays
perfume on herself. After finishing getting ready, JOANNA
walks over to the corner of her room and picks up her
portfolio which is in a black holder.
She turns around, confidently takes one last look in the
mirror and walks out of her bedroom.
2 INT. HOUSE. AFTERNOON 2
JOANNA opens the door of her house and she walks in. Her
hair is messed up and she has a depressed look on her
face. She slams the door and dumps her portfolio on the
floor.
3 INT. KITCHEN. AFTERNOON 3
She gets a mug out of the cupboard, puts a spoonful coffee
in it and switches on the kettle. She has a stricken look
on her face and sighs.
She slowly pours the water in the mug and stirs it around.
As she stirs the coffee she looks into the distance and
looks lost and upset.
4 INT. LIVING ROOM. AFTERNOON 4
JOANNA walks over to the sofa and sits down. She holds her
coffee in her hands. She stares aimlessly into a corner of
the room. She takes a sip of the coffee and puts it down
on the table. JOANNA puts her elbows on her knees and puts
her head in her hands.
Suddenly she looks up with a determined look on her face
and slowly nods her head.

couldn’t believe that after all
this time I was finally on my way
to following my dreams. Then the
meeting itself. Awful. I don’t
even want to talk about it. In
short, he said I could have
everything that I would need to
get set up. But there’s a catch.
He said I had to do something for
him in return. Something that
involves forgetting everything I
believe in and loosing all of my
