Formulating an Integrated Internal Quality Assurance Framework in Polytechnic ATI Padang A team at Polytechnic ATI Padang developed an integrated internal quality assurance framework that links and matches the criteria from Indonesia's national TVET framework, ISO 21001:2018 standards, and the institution's own standards. The framework writing process involved mapping and recognizing criteria from these different standards and producing a similarity matrix. The completed framework was then submitted to the Vice Director of Academics for approval. Key challenges in the process included team members having other duties and new regulations being introduced, while lessons learned centered around commitment, clear objectives, communication, workload management, and risk mitigation.
