This document summarizes a student's senior project where they created and taught a lesson plan as an assistant teacher. The student researched education issues, created a lesson plan on the American Revolution that met state standards, and taught it to sophomore students. They worked with a facilitator to plan and overcome challenges in keeping students engaged.
