discussion
 As we have selected big 5 model. There
    are 5 basic dimensions. Extraversion,
    agreeableness, conscientiousness,
    emotional stability and openness to
experience. According to our analysis we
have found that most of the employees
    falls in extraversion dimension, with
    different stress level than agreeableness
than openness to experience than in
    emotional stability. Our analysis shows
that no one falls in conscientiousness.
Recommendation
 As if we talk about personality we cant
recommend anything to anyone as it
varies from person to person based
upon their personal liking and disliking
  etc.
 And if we talk about stress the
  organization should adopt such means
and ways to lower the stress level of
  its employees.
