This document summarizes a personality analysis and stress management study conducted among employees of Punjab Group of Colleges. A questionnaire assessing the big five personality dimensions and stress levels was distributed to 22 employees. The analysis found that most employees fell into the extraversion personality type, with 41% being extraverted. In terms of stress, 55% reported less stress, 27% reported low stress, and 18% reported high stress. The document recommends that organizations look for ways to lower employee stress levels.
