This document provides a risk assessment for a film production shooting scenes at four locations in Manchester: Kelso Place, St. Georges Island Apartments, the pedestrian bridge at Castle Street, and the Bridgewater canal. It identifies four main hazards: 1) tripping, 2) falling, 3) water near the bridge, and 4) water near the canal. For each hazard, it indicates which scenes the hazard is present, who may be harmed, what property could be damaged, existing risk controls, a risk assessment level based on likelihood and consequences, and any further actions needed to mitigate the risks.
