This document summarizes potential hazards and risks associated with filming at various outdoor locations. It identifies 8 hazards such as slippery surfaces, falling branches, animal waste, and tripping that could impact the actors, camera crew or equipment. For each hazard, it indicates what scene it may occur in, who or what may be harmed, existing risk controls, the likelihood and consequences of the risk, and any further actions needed to reduce the risk. An risk assessment chart classifies risks as extreme, high, moderate or low based on the likelihood and severity of potential consequences.
