This document assesses risks for a film production shooting scenes along pathways leading from Eccles to Monton. It identifies several hazards like slippery surfaces, overhanging branches, animal feces, tunnel lighting and tripping hazards. For each hazard, it evaluates the risk level based on likelihood of occurring and severity of consequences. It also proposes controls already in place and any further actions needed to mitigate risks, such as wearing proper shoes, zoning off areas and being cautious of windy conditions.
