I started my lesson off by allowing the students to shake their wiggles out. This helps them stay
focused on the lesson. We meet after lunch so they are usually tired and ready to go home. After,
we did that I asked them to look over their push/pull charts from the previous day. I told them to
reflect on the lesson (interactive PowerPoint) from yesterday and to think about their opinions
they developed. I gave them one to two minutes to reflect and turn and talk to their neighbor. As
they talked I went around to listen in on the pairs to make sure their conversations were on task.
After the two minutes were up I asked each pair to raise their hand if they were finished
discussing their opinions. I allowed several pairs to share their opinions. I also asked the groups
to provide two reasons to support their opinion. I restated some of their answers to make sure
they were providing two reasons. I also did that to allow other pairs to possibly learn new reasons

percent of the Earths freshwater. But the Nile River is the longest when calculating width.
Being as big a it is, the amazon holds a massive number of dfferent types of species of wildlife
with different kinds of sub ecosystems to provide for them. When I think of the Amazon I first

As I arrived I met Joyce( leader of the foundation) along with her son who is legally blind and

Boiler Room on the other hand, is in set in the more familiar nineties. Overall, this decade was one
of prosperity, hard work and a significant rise in the standards of living for people all over the
USA. The attitude of the decade seemed to be work hard, play hard and all the rest will follow.
Wealth was seen as something that was easily accessible to all those who wanted it it was simply

I see no similarities with my life with both of these ideas. I find the Matrix to be too much of a
theory and there is no relevance or exact physical proof of The Matrix that is currently
happening in real life. I do not believe that we as human beings are being controlled and guided

Reflection Paper On Ballet
Ballet has never been my strongest style, but I feel that I have been able to have become more of
a well rounded dancer. From the start I have wanted to gain so much with my goals as well as to
find ways to work on ways to make my movement quality softer.In ballet this semester gave me
an opportunity to focus on all of the goals that I wished to work on. Over the semester I have
noticed that I picked up a lot of material more than I thought when I do not overthink the material
and not get stressed out. In ballet this semester I noticed that I freaked out in class so much
which reflected on my technique and being able to be confident with my movement. At the
beginning of this semester I needed to work on trusting myself with movement material. This
has been a struggle for me since day one because I would always have some moments where I
would not make a strong choice if I messed up. As the semester started, I knew I did not want to
be hesitant with performing the combinations in class.There would often be times in class where
I would look down instead of looking up especially at the barre. At the barre I notice how
hesitant I would be doing certain combinations making me worried if I would be able to push
myself to work harder the rest of the class. In class I just wanted to be able to try the best of my
ability to just perform the combinations to not overthink what comes next. I had a tendency looking
down instead of up which honestly does not help improve myself even more.

Pablo Picasso s painting, Les Demoiselles D avignon uses the elements of color, line, and shape
to make the statement: Of young women in avignon. Picasso spent nine months painting Les
Demoiselles D avignon, this paintings one of his most famous examples of cubism. Picasso
proved to exist as one of the greatest and most influential artists of the 20th century. He also
joined an artist production that he spiritually believed would keep him alive. Picasso spent 80
out of his 91 years of living devoted to this group. While devoted to this group, he painted Les
demoiselles d avignon . The painting consists of five prostitutes that stood on the street corner
named Avignon, the red light district of Barcelona, a street that Picasso would frequently visit. The
females in this painting fill the entire space, and they almost look as if they could be trapped. I
believe that picasso made these women fill the space completely, attempting to symbolize the fact
that the women were trapped in a lifestyle that they did not want to exist in.
Picasso, much like the women of avignon, did not enjoy life during the time of this painting.
Every painting Picasso did encouraged him to make it better than the previous, which I believe he
truly captured all of that inside this painting. Picasso used colors to express the emotions he
