  1. After joining company and working for 3 years long,he realized that operational activities were not so effective among his co-workers .So , he used his skills of welding,machining to make works efficient and more effective.There he gaind confidence from workers.
  2. Comparatively,his group was allocated to do more works than other. Mr. Muthu became output centered treating workers as machines.But were not given credit and recognition that should be given in realistic form.
  3. Mr.Muthu was not directly communicative to workers and foreman was mediator.case of funeral attendance was not given prior,even a social factor.
  4. Some Funeral attending workers were rumored not to attend it and went for cinemas. forward memos hurriedly with unclear investigations.
