This document provides an overview and outline for a two-day workshop on public speaking and presentation skills called "Fearless Speaking ~ Powerful Presentation Strategies". The workshop will teach participants how to design and deliver compelling presentations through exercises focused on understanding audience needs, crafting a clear message and structure, using engaging visual aids, managing nerves, and practicing delivery techniques. Each day covers different topics like overcoming communication barriers, laying foundations, and mastering presentation delivery. Participants will receive feedback and give feedback to improve their skills.
