FEAR TO FIRE
I found that some of the students in our class have shyness 
hesitation and fear in participating any competion and stage 
programs.
So I decided to resolve the students problems and help 
improve their self esteem.
I gave counselling to each and every students and describe 
the actual difficulty In their future such as jobs and other 
curriculum activities.
And also I have met their parents and explain the children's 
ability.
After that the students came to me asked how to get rid of 
their hesitation and fear
I have given the oppurtunity to feel their 
problem
The children discussed themselves. They 
discovered the fear and shyness are their 
actually enemies
They participated with eagerly
So I have given competition as Drawing, 
Quiz program, group activities.
