- 4. A thUNDERstORM Being FoRm Ooo !! A thunder storm has form. A thunder storm forms when cumulus clouds form . The air mass cools that makes the cloud. Soon the air mass will vaporize and condense. That will make raindrops. Suddenly thunder comes and then lighten.
