The patient was referred to us for the
assessment of lesions on the abdomen.

Physical Examination:
Hypopigmented, atrophic, 3cm to 6cm, thin
plaques were present on the abdomen and
inframammary area.
Genital skin was without lesion.
Lesions on the abdomen.

Skin Biopsy revealed:
Epidermal atrophy.
Vacuolar alteration of dermo-epidermal
junction.
Sclerosis of the papillary dermis.

performed in relation with the disease,
were normal or negative.
