A 56-year-old man was referred to dermatologists for evaluation of a pigmented lesion on his cheek that had been present for 7 years. The dermatologists were considering possible diagnoses of lentigo maligna melanoma, solar lentigo, seborrheic keratosis, or lichenoid keratosis but did not provide a definitive diagnosis and said the answer would be provided next Monday on their dermatology blog.
