This document describes a scrum coaching model called Exepedia for organizational transformations. It details a case study of a large company that spent $15 million over 2 years hiring Agile coaches but saw limited success because the coaches focused only on transitioning teams to scrum while the underlying leadership culture remained unchanged. The Exepedia model aims to transform both teams and the overall culture through modules that create shared definitions, raise awareness of Agile benefits, measure outcomes, and help unlearn old mindsets and relearn new ones to foster an open, collaborative culture.
Exepedia coaching model is innovated during the Agile Coaches Retreat in Feb 2017. This model can be leveraged by Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters while working with senior leaders and managers during organisational transformations.
I promoted people to management who never supervised before and they ran into challenges. Debora worked with our employees to assist them with their leadership roles.
