The IF function in Excel allows you to write conditional logic in a cell. It has the following structure:
=IF(logical_test, value_if_true, value_if_false)
The logical_test is a cell reference, value, or formula that evaluates to True or False. If true, it returns the value_if_true. If false, it returns the value_if_false. Examples show using IF statements to check cell values and return text like "Correct" or "Incorrect" depending on the outcome of the logical test.

An effective strategic financial plan considers scenarios, start-up costs, ongoing costs, revenue, objectives, and what the planning process will accomplish for the organization.
The document is a tutorial for using Microsoft Excel. It provides step-by-step instructions on how to navigate the Excel interface and use basic functions. The tutorial covers topics such as navigating the Excel screen, entering formulas and data, formatting worksheets, creating charts, and using keyboard shortcuts. It also includes explanations and instructions for common Excel tasks like opening and saving files, editing data, printing worksheets, and more.
2. …:::Başlarken:::…
Microsoft Excel’in en zevkli olan formül
kısmı hakkında kısa kısa bilgileri ve bazı
formüllerin nasıl yazıldığını burada
bulacaksınız.
Not: Bu sunum, Excel 2003’e göre
hazırlanmıştır. Bazı terimler, 2007 ile
uyuşmayabilir. Ancak formül kısmında bir
değişiklik yoktur.
3. EXCELDE;
Excelde formül yazarken mutlaka eşittir (=)
işareti konularak formül yazılmalıdır.
Excelde kullanılan formüllerin belli kullanım
şartları vardır, o şartlar dışına çıkılamaz.
Excel ile bir formül kullanabildiğiniz gibi
şartları aşmadan birden fazla formülü yerine
göre kullanabilirsiniz.
Formülü yazdıktan sonra ENTER tuşu ile
formülü uygulayın.
4. Bilinmesi Gerekenler
Excelde 256 adet sütun 65536 adet satır
bulunmaktadır.
Excelde sütunların üzerinde harf, satır
başlarında ise rakam vardır. Bunlar bizim
hangi hücrede bulunduğumuzu öğrenmemizde
yardımcı olacaktır.
Excel’in uzantısı XLS dir.
5. : ve ; nedir, ne işe yarar?
: iki nokta, belirtilen hücre aralığındaki
değerler demektir. A1:A10 ifadesi A1 ile A10
arasındaki değerleri temsil eder.
A1,A2,A3,A4,A5,A6,A7,A8,A9,A10
; noktalı virgül sadece belirtilen hücredeki
değerler demektir. A1;A10 ifadesi sadece A1
ve A10’un içerisindeki değeri temsil eder.
A1,A10
: ve ; formüllerle birlikte kullanılır.
6. Excel’de işlemler nasıl yapılır?
Excelde hesaplama yapılırken değerler
sabitlenirse; örneğin bir toplama işleminde
değerler sabit girilirse =10+10 gibi… bu tip
formüller sağlıklı değildir.
Formüllerin daima hücre adreslerini kaynak
gösterilerek yazılmasını tavsiye ediyoruz.
Örneğin, =A1+A5 gibi… Böylesi bir işlemde
A1 ve A10 içerisindeki değerler değiştirilse
bile formülün değiştirilmesine gerek yoktur.
7. FORMÜL ÇOĞALTMA
Normalde Excel’in mouse işareti beyaz kalın bir artı
işaretidir. Seçili olan hücrenin sağ alt köşesinde küçük
bir kare vardır. Onun üzerine mouse ile gelindiğinde
artı işareti siyah ince bir artı şeklini alır. Bu şekilde
mousenin sol tuşu basılı tutularak aşağı hücrelere
sürüklenirse, formül ya da sayı, metin çoğaltılmış
olur.
Seçili hücre
Küçük kare ile hücre
içindeki değerler
çoğaltılır.
8. TOPLA FONKSİYONU
Bu komut belirtilen aralıklardaki sayıları
toplamak için kullanılır.
Yazılışı:
=Topla(Aralık)
=Topla(A1:A10) -> A1 ile A10 arasındaki
sayıları toplar.
=Topla(A1;A10) -> Sadece A1 ile A10
hücresinde bulunan sayıları toplar.
9. ÇARPIM FONKSİYONU
Belirtilen aralıktaki sayıları çarpmak için
kullanılır.
Yazılışı:
=Çarpım(Aralık)
=Çarpım(B2:B4)-> B2 ile B4 arasında bulunan
sayılar çarpar.
=Çarpım(B2;B4)-> Sadece B2 ile B4 hücresinde
bulunan sayıları çarpar.
10. ..! BİLGİ !..
Aşağıdaki gibi bir formülde
hangi hücreler toplanır,
bakalım.
=Topla(A4:C8) ->Bu formül
A4 ile C8 arasındaki sayıları
toplar.
11. ÖRNEK: Bir üniversite öğrencisi vize ve final sınav notlarının
hesaplanması isteniyor. Excel’de bunu hesaplayacak formülü
yazın. Vizenin %30’u Final’in ise %70 alınacaktır.
ortalamayı hesaplayacağız. D2 hücresine;
=B2*0,3+C2*0,7 yazıyoruz.
Unutmayın! Excel, işlem sırasına dikkat eder. Önce
bölme, sonra çarpma, sonra toplama ve çıkarma
işlemi yapılır.
12. ORTALAMA FONKSİYONU
Belirtilen aralıktaki sayıları toplayıp, kaç sayı
toplamış ise o sayıya böler.
Yazılışı:
=Ortalama(Aralık)
=Ortalama(B2:D2)
=Ortalama(B2;D2)
B2=50, C2=60, D2=70 olduğuna göre sonuç=60 tır.
13. ÖRNEK: Bir lise öğrencisinin 1. yazılı, 2. yazılı ve 3. yazılı notları
giriliyor. Bu öğrencinin notunu hesaplayınız.
Öğrencinin notu, fonksiyon kullanmadan şu
şekilde hesaplanabilir; B2,C2,D2 alanlarında
not olduğunu kabul ederek:
=(B2+C3+D3)/3 diyebiliriz.
Dikkat!.. Formül hatalı yazıldı. Doğrusu:
=(B2+C2+D2) /3
Ortalama fonksiyonunu kullanarak:
=Ortalama(B2:D2) yazmanız yeterlidir.
14. KAREKÖK FONKSİYONU
Verilen pozitif bir sayının karekökünü bulur.
Yazılışı:
=Karekök(Sayı)
=Karekök(16) -> 4 olarak sonuç gelir.
Sayıyı direk yazabildiğimiz gibi hücre adresini
de gösterebiliriz.
=Karekök(A2) gibi…
15. MAK FONKSİYONU
Belirtilen bir aralıktaki sayıların en yüksek
olanını verir.
Yazılışı:
=Mak(Aralık)
=Mak(A2:C30)*
=Mak(A2;A30)
*Üstteki formül, A2 den C30’da kadar olan
sayılardan en büyük sayıyı verir.
16. MIN FONKSİYONU
Belirtilen bir aralıktaki sayıların en düşük
olanını verir.
Yazılışı:
=Min(Aralık)
=Min(A2:C30)*
=Min(A2;A30)
*Üstteki formül, A2 den C30’da kadar olan
sayılardan en düşük sayıyı verir.
17. MOD FONKSİYONU
Verilen sayıyı, verilen bölene böldükten sonra
kalanı verir.
Yazılışı:
=Mod(Sayı;Bölen)
=Mod(4;2) -> Sonuç sıfırdır (0).
=Mod(16;3)-> Sonuç birdir (1).
18. Bunu biliyor muydunuz?
Bir öğretmen idareye verdiği notları virgüllü
olarak basamaklı sayı veremez. Ama
hesaplamalarda bazen virgüllü sayılar
çıkmaktadır.
Örneğin öğrencinin notu 56,5 çıkmış ise bunun
57 ye yuvarlanması gerekir. Bu yuvarlama
işlemi için biz de YUVARLAMA
fonksiyonunu kullanarak sorunu ortadan
kaldırıyoruz.
19. YUVARLA FONKSİYONU
Verilen sayıyı, virgülden sonra kaç basamak
kalacak şekilde aşağı ya da yukarı yuvarlar.
Yazılışı:
=Yuvarla(Sayı;Virgülden Sonra Basamak Sayısı)
=Yuvarla(56,5;0) -> 57
=Yuvarla(45,43;1) -> 45,3
=Yuvarla(45,4;0) -> 45
20. ÖRNEK: Aşağıdaki tabloda gerekli formülleri giriniz. Ortalamayı
hesaplayınız, ondalıklı çıkan sayıları tam sayıya yuvarlayın.
A B C D Ortalamayı bulmak için;
1 Adı 1. Not 2. Not Ort. =Ortalama(B2:C2) formülünü D2
hücresine yazıyoruz.
2 Erol 45 65 55
* Yanda da gördüğünüz gibi bu formül
3 Ali 10 35 22,5 yazıldığı zaman Ortalamalarda virgüllü
4 Hasan 45 74 59,5 sayılar çıkmış durumda. Bunu Yuvarla
komutuyla çözelim.
5 Ayşe 65 89 77
Bunun için, A B C D
=Yuvarla(22,5;0) yazabilirsiniz. Ama bu 1 Adı 1. Not 2. Not Ort.
sağlıklı olmayacaktır. Yuvarladan sonra
2 Erol 45 65 55
sayı geldiğine göre;
3 Ali 10 35 23
=Yuvarla(Ortalama(B2:C2);0) diyebiliriz.
Çünkü Ortalama fonksiyonun sonucunda 4 Hasan 45 74 60
bir sayı üretiliyor. Bu sayıyı kullanarak 5 Ayşe 65 89 77
yuvarlama işlemini yapabiliriz.
21. AŞAĞI YUVARLA FONK.
Verilen sayıyı istenilen sayıda aşağı
yuvarlamak için kullanılır.
Yazılışı:
=Aşağıyuvarla(23,56;0) -> 23
=Aşağıyuvarla(23,99;1) -> 23,9
Aşağı yuvarla komutunda sayı ne olursa olsun
aşağı yuvarlanır!..
22. YUKARI YUVARLA FONK.
Verilen sayıyı istenilen sayıda yukarı yuvarlamak için
kullanılır.
Yazılışı:
=Yukarıyuvarla(23,11;0) -> 24
=Yukarıyuvarla(23,99;1) -> 24
Dokuz sayısı bir üstte yuvarladığından sayı 24 dür.
Yukarı yuvarla komutunda sayı ne olursa olsun yukarı
yuvarlanır!..
23. Saat, Bugün, Şimdi, Gün, Ay, Yıl,
Değil Fonksiyonları
=Saat(23:15:00) -> (23)
=Bugün() -> 07.11.2005
=Şimdi() -> 07.11.2005 21:19
=Gün(07.11.2005) -> 07
=Ay(07.11.2005) -> 11
=Yıl(07.11.2005) -> 2005
=Değil(4+4=2) -> Yanlış
=Değil(2*2=5) -> Doğru
Değil fonksiyonu yapılan işlemin tersine bir cevap
gönderir.
24. EĞERSAY FONKSİYONU
Belirtilen aralıktaki değerleri belirtilen ölçütü
sağlayan hücrelerin sayılmasını sağlar.
Yazılışı:
=Eğersay(Aralık;“Şart”)
=Eğersay(A1:A10;“10”)-> A1 ile A10 arasında
10 olan değerlerin sayısını verir.
=Eğersay(B3:B14;“Geçti”)-> B3 ile B14
arasında olan değerlerde Geçti olanların
sayısını verir.
25. ETOPLA FONKSİYONU
Belirtilen aralıktaki hücrelerden belirtilen şartı
sağlaması durumunda belirtilen diğer hücrelerin
toplamını verir.
Yazılışı:
=Etopla(Sorgulanacak Hücre
Aralığı;“Şart”;“Toplanacak Hücre Aralığı)
=Etopla(A1:A10;“10”;B1:B10) -> A1 ile A10 arasında
bulunan sayılardan içerisinde 10 sayısı varsa o
hücreye denk gelen B sütunundaki hücre değerini
topla.
26. ÖRNEK: Bir not çizelgesinde Ad, Soyad, Not ve Cinsiyet alanları
bulunmaktadır. Cinsiyeti kız olanlar ve erkek olanların notları ayrı
ayrı aşağıdaki tabloda görüldüğü gibi toplanıp gereken yerlerde
sonucun yazılması isteniyor. Gerekli formülü yazın.
A B C D Yanda görüldüğü gibi aşağıdaki
1 Ad Soyad Not Cinsiyet toplamlar için şu formül
2 Erol AFŞİN 60 Erkek yazılır:
3 Zehra ÇOLAK 70 Kız =Etopla(D2:D5;“Erkek”;C2:C5)
4 Ali TOKAT 80 Erkek
=Etopla(D2:D5;“Kız”;C2:C5)
5 Merve YİĞİT 90 Kız
Yukarıdaki formüllerde
Erkeklerin Not Toplamı 140
sorgulamak istediğimiz alan
cinsiyet alanıdır.
Kızların Not Toplamı 160
O yüzden sorgulanacak alan adreslerini Cinsiyet alanını belirledik.
Şartımız Erkek veya Kız’dır. Bunu yazdık ve şartın sağlanması
durumunda nereyi toplamak istiyorsak o adresi yazıyoruz.
Tablomuzda C sütununda bulunan notlar toplanacağından bunları
yazdık.
27. MUTLAK FONKSİYONU
Belirtilen sayının mutlak değerini bulmak için
kullanılır. Sayı direk yazılabildiği gibi hücre
adresi de gösterilebilir.
Yazılışı:
=Mutlak(Sayı)
=Mutlak(4) -> 4
=Mutlak(-4) -> 4
Gibi…
28. EĞER FONKSİYONU
Eğer fonksiyonu çok sıkça kullanılan bir
fonksiyondur. Burada bazı mantıksal işlemler
yapmak için kullanılır.
Eğer fonksiyonu, verilen bir şartın doğru
olması durumunda yapılması gereken işlemleri
ve yanlış olması durumunda yapılması gereken
işlemleri kontrol etmek için kullanılır.
29. Bilinmesi Gerekenler…
Eğer formülünün yazılışı aşağıdaki gibidir:
=Eğer(Şart;“Doğruysa Değer”;“Yanlışsa Değer”)
Belirtilen bir şartın uyması durumunda hemen bir sonraki
parametrede bulunan işlem gerçekleştirilecektir. Aksi
olduğunda bir sonraki parametrede bulunan işlemler
gerçekleşecektir. Örneğin A1=50 olsun.
=Eğer(A1<=50;Karekök(16);Karekök(81))
istedik. A1 de bulunan sayı 50’ye eşit olduğundan sonuç 4
dür.
30. ÖRNEK: Bir hava durumu tablosunda ortalama sıcaklık 25° nin
altında ise “Soğuk” değilse “Sıcak” mesajını Durum alanında
gösterecek formülü yazınız.
HAVA DURUMU
Yandaki tabloda
görüldüğü gibi İLLER GÜNDÜZ GECE ORT. DURUM
alanlarımız mevcut. Biz MALATYA 18 8 13 Soğuk
Ortalama alanını kontrol
ANKARA 20 12 16 Soğuk
edeceğiz.
Bunun için; SİVAS 25 21 23 Sıcak
=Eğer(D2<25;“Soğuk”; ERZURUM 10 2 6 Soğuk
“Sıcak”) İSTANBUL 19 17 18 Soğuk
Buna göre tablomuzdaki
değerler yeşil renk ile
gösterilmiştir.
31. Excel’de Eğer komutu ile;
Bunun için açılan parantezler kapatılmaz. Yani;
=Eğer(Şart1;“Doğruysa değer1”;Eğer(Şart2;
“Doğruysa değer2”;Eğer(Şart3;“Doğruysa değer3”)))
Gibi… Yukarıda görüldüğü gibi açılan parantezler en sonda
kapatılır. Parantezleri değişik renkte göstererek bunların
karışık olmadığını anlıyoruz.
32. ÖRNEK: Bir yaş tablosunda;
Ama bizim 5 şartımız var. Bunun için;
=Eğer(D2<=6;“Bebek”;Eğer(D2<=12;“Çocuk”;
Eğer(D2<=25;“Genç”;Eğer(D2<=45;“Yetişkin”;
Eğer(D2>=45;“Yaşlı” )))))
Görüldüğü gibi formül hep aynı sadece içindeki değerler
ve mesajlar değişmiş durumda…
33. EĞER-VE FONKSİYONU
Birden fazla şartın belirtilmesi durumunda kullanılır.
Eğer fonksiyonu ile birlikte kullanılır.
Yazılışı:
=Eğer(Ve(Şart1;Şart2;…);“Doğruysa değer”; “Yanlışsa
değer”)
=Eğer(Ve(A1>0;A1<10);“Soğuk”;“Sıcak”)
Yukarıdaki örnekte eğer A1 ile A10 arasındaki sayı
0’dan büyük ve 10 dan küçükse Soğuk mesajını;
değilse Sıcak mesajını yaz anlamındadır.
34. Eğer-Ve…
Eğer-Ve fonksiyonu şuna benzer;
Ahmet gelir, Ali gelirse gelmem.
Matematikte 0 ve 1’lerle ifade edilir bu durum:
0 ve 0->0
0 ve 1->0 Yani yazılan şartların hepsinin uyması
0 ve 0-> 0 durumunda doğru mesaj, uymaması
1 ve 1-> 1 durumunda yanlış parametresinde bulunan
mesaj yazılacaktır!..
35. ÖRNEK: Bir yaş tablosunda;
=Eğer(Ve(D2>0;D2<6);“Bebek”;
Eğer(Ve(D2>6;D2<12);“Çocuk”;
Eğer(Ve(D2>12;A2<25);“Genç”;
Eğer(Ve(D2>25;D2<45);“Yetişkin”;
Eğer(D2>=45;“Yaşlı”)))))
Formüllerin sizi yanıltmaması için alt alta yazdım.
Görüldüğü gibi karışık değildir, sadece içindeki değerler
ve mesajlar değişti!..
36. EĞER-YADA FONKSİYONU
Birden fazla şartın kontrol edilmesi sırasında bir şart
uysa bile işlemlerin gerçekleştirilmesini sağlamak
için kullanılır.
Yazılışı:
=Eğer(Yada(Şart1;Şart2;…);“Doğruysa değer”;
“Yanlışsa değer”)
=Eğer(Yada(A1<10;A1>20);“İşlem tamam”;
“İşlem yanlış”)
A1 de bulunan değer 32 buna göre işlem tamam
mesajı verecektir. Birinci şarta uymuyor fakat ikinci
şarta uyuyor.
37. Eğer-Yada
Eğer-Yada fonksiyonunda şartlardan bir
tanesinin doğru olması işlemi yaptırmak için
yeterlidir.
Eğer-Yada fonksiyonu sayılarla şu manaya
gelir.
0 yada 1->1 Eğer-Yada fonksiyonunda iki yetmektedir.
doğru olması işlemi yapmaya
şarttan birinin
1 yada 0->1 İşlemde her ikisinin yanlış olması durumunda
işlem yapmamaktadır!..
1 yada 1->1
0 yada 0->0
