8. COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
The commission structure for Everyday
Development is simple. For every Member or
Brand Affiliate/ Recruiter you get to join the
business, you will receive 50% of the monthly
membership fee. This commission is residual,
so every time your member or Brand Affiliate
pays, you get paid 50%.
For Example: If you have 200 Members and
100 Brand Affiliates that are each paying $100
per month for their membership, your
monthly commission payout is $15,000 per
month. 300x100/2= $15,000.
Brand Affiliates will also get a 30% commission on every one-on-one private coaching session that is purchased
by their members or their Brand Affiliates in which they sponsor.
For Example: If your Member purchases (10) fitness coaching sessions for $600, you would earn $180 in
commission.
Coaches & Trainers: Coaches/ Trainers that teach private sessions, will receive 100% of the total profit if they
personally recruited the client. If the client was recruited by another Brand Affiliate, the coach/ trainer would
receive 70% of the total profit, and the other 30% commission would go to the Brand Affiliate.
