2. When it comes to events, there are so many options and decisions
to make. Where to hold the event? What date to choose? Should it
be indoors or out? Will it be a conference, seminar, or some other
type of gathering? How many people will be in attendance? Will it be
a small intimate gathering or a huge crowd? How should it be paid
for? And the list is truly endless! Again, there are many choices, and
it can be difficult to know where to start.
That's why it is so crucial for any event professional to be able to
change things around, add new elements and adapt to whatever
the client needs. This means being able to think on your feet,
recognize opportunity when it arises, and have the flexibility to
make it happen.
That's where we at Flexible Solutions come in. We specialize in
creating tailored events that meet the needs of our clients while still
staying true to their vision and style. We do this by working closely
with them to understand their needs, goals, and desires. We take
the time to understand our clients, their businesses and their
markets. We then use that knowledge to craft an event relevant to
their target market to create an incredible ROI.
So, if you are looking for an event company that understands the
unique challenges of planning an event and will work tirelessly to
make sure your event is a success, we would love to have you as a
client. The proposal outlines in more detail how we'll do that and
what you can expect along the way.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
3. Even though your company has been around for decades,
you are still not using modern methods to promote your
business. For example, most of your marketing is still done
through direct mail and yellow pages ads. But, there's a
better way. Today, many businesses achieve record profits
by using proven and effective event marketing techniques.
Therefore, you need someone who can help you with your
event management strategy to make it work for you.
You see, in today's world, people don't trust companies with
substantial advertising budgets anymore. Instead, they
prefer to trust people they know and like with no hidden
agenda. This is especially true when it comes to buying
goods and services online. Therefore, if you want to survive
and thrive in this cut-throat world, you need to use the same
trusted tactics which helps you connect with your
customers. And this is where event marketing comes into
the picture.
WHY DO YOU NEED
US?
4. Events are powerful tools to promote your business. Not only do
they provide an excellent way to generate leads and increase sales,
but they also create a tremendous amount of word-of-mouth
publicity. The attendees of your event will tell their friends and
colleagues about it. This will help spread the word about your brand
and generate more leads and sales for you.
An important element of a significant event is its announcement on
the event agenda. This is where most of the profit is going to come
from. It is here where you can use an event as both an advertising
medium and a lead generator.
We at blue market solutions have the expertise to put together a
winning event for you. We already have experience with hundreds of
such events and know exactly which ones will work and which ones
won't. Also, we will help you implement the winning elements into
your existing promotions so you can start making money right away!
THE SOLUTION
Research and analysis- to analyse your needs and clearly define
your goals for the event;
Planning and budgeting- to plan an incredible event tailored to
your needs and specs at a price you can afford;

goes smoothly and according to plan
Follow Up- to make sure everything has been properly
implemented and analyse your company's performance after the
event.
