with a sophisticated
environment and an elegant

Staffing Mr Teri Rogers (Manager of

us in the management of
presentation boards for a
short time.
Invitation cards:
A grey background colour with brown patterns of coffee beans and leaves is chosen with a
thin and relatively thick green coloured boundary at the right and left sides of the card
respectively. The logo of “Starbucks Coffee Company” will be on the top left corner of the
card. The card will open in a buttoned style by unbuttoning the card from the right side of the
boundary of the card at the centre. The material used for the outlook of the card will not be
simply paper of high quality. It will be high quality cardboard and cloth as well. Nevertheless
paper will merely be used only for the written invitation which will be placed inside the card.

Service and table plan:
A “Silver Service” style will be used. The table will be set in first-rate and splendid
silverware for soup, main courses and dessert. Plates will be positioned before the guests by
the waiters of the restaurant and each guest will be served individually. A fork and service
spoon will be used by the waiter to serve the hot food to each guest and all food will be
served in silver dishes. Garnishing and dressing will be lavish. A rectangular table of 4 feet 6
inches by 2 feet 6 inches will be arranged for 4 covers. The silverware and flatware for the
entire lunch will be arranged before the soup will be served. The cutlery will include:
 Soup spoon
 Lunch spoon, fork and knife
 Dessert spoon and fork
 A side plate
 A side knife
 A wine glass
A cruet stand, an ashtray and lunch napkin will also be placed.
Costs of event:
Booking of table and reservation $2500
Service charges and lunch $2000
Foods and drinks serving plan:
Soup will be served. Sweet potato soup with bacon panna cotta, sage
and toasted pumpkin seeds will be served.
1:15pm
Shaved heirloom carrot salad and chef’s garden butter lettuces will be
served. The former will include lobster, ginger, mint and yogurt.
However the latter will include butternut squash, cheese, watermelon
and radish.
1:30pm
Herb roasted chicken breast and shrimp, grits and grillades will be
served along with red wine.
2pm
Their special ice-cream will be served for the dessert 2:45pm

The vegetarian food will be served to Mr Robert Gayle as he is a strict vegetarian.
Overall plan for the day of event:
I will call Mr Robert Gayle for a courteous reminder of the lunch at 10am in the morning on
26th April, 2014. A conveyance will be sent to Mr Robert Gayle’s destination at 12:30pm by
the company. I will reach the restaurant at 12:30 sharp before the other guests arrive. The
food and beverages will be served in the order and according to the plan as already described.
However the discussion about the contract and deal will be done during the serving of salad
and lunch. The lunch will end at 3pm and Mr Robert Gayle will be assisted in going back by
the company. The car of the company will drop him back.
Health and hygiene checklist:
Quality of mineral water drinks and other beverages served. 
Quality of food regarding usage of fresh ingredients and health and hygienic
factors.

To make sure that the waiters and cooks are taking care of health and hygienic
factors.


Mr Robert Gayle will be particularly called and especially asked after he reaches back at his
destination about the impression he got. He will be asked whether he was pleased by the food
and beverages or not. We will ask him whether the comfort level perceived by him was met
or not. An email will also be sent to him in order to thank him for taking some time out from
his daily routine for us. We will thank in anticipation and remind him of our company’s
profitable performance and good reputation. We will tell him that we are eagerly waiting for
his reply and we hope that he considers our deal and does not disappoint us.
