During the planning and research phase, the document author used online surveys, websites, and social media to conduct audience research and determine target demographics. New media technologies like Nikon cameras, iMovie, Apple Keynote, Prezi, and SlideShare were used to film audience research videos, edit footage, create presentations, and upload documents. When filming and editing the music video, the author used Final Cut Pro to add titles, transitions, and alter colors/exposure. Photoshop and InDesign were utilized to design the digipak and advert by editing photos, adding designs/patterns, and cutting and pasting images. Various forms of social media and online sharing platforms helped evaluate and get feedback on the work
