2. How we attracted our audience;
genre:
• We attracted our audience by having a
different outlook on the horror genre
• The concept of our film was based on a group
of female cultists that use to leave the
students baffled because of the mysterious
killings they would commit.
• As our film doesn’t give away too much, it
leaves the audience wanting more
3. Cast:
• As we starred in the opening, it left our friends
eager to want to watch the full movie because
we were in it and they want to see what type
of character we play and how we play it
4. Soundtrack:
• Our soundtrack represented our genre as it
was spooky and horror like and it intensified
as the scene progressed
• We used three different types of music, the
first was spooky and ghost like, the second
was more up tempo and the last was a relaxed
beat
• This got the audience into the mood and
reinforced the horror theme
5. The title of our film:
• The title of our film was adapted from a action
horror film called ‘The Hills Have Eyes’
• This helped attract our audience because the
audience from ‘The Hills Have Eyes’ will see that
the names are similar and may take an interest In
our film
• Also, our title ‘The Halls Have Eyes’ suggest that
the film is set in a school or some sort of
institution from the word “halls”, and also adds to
the creepy, stalker theme as it suggest someone
is being watched
