2. THE TRAILER
As you all already know our thriller film is about 4 girls who plan a way to kill
a guy and the way in which they have planned it is the way the guy eventually
dies however we do not know who the killer is. The trailer is a series of panic,
blame and frustration between the characters.
This is our first edit of the trailer:

3. As well as having you guys deliver feedback on our
trailer we have also seen the pros and cons of the
trailer. These are some of the pros and cons we that we
thought we had for our trailer:
Pros:
• The short takes of the girls panicking were fairly
strong.
• The use of the sound bridge along some of the
shots flowed well.
• We had a variety of shots.
Cons:
• The beginning of the trailer does feel like an
opening.
• We feel like we need to space out the beginning and
middle.
• The soundtrack at the beginning isn’t so effective.
4. THE MAGAZINE COVER
Our magazine cover has been inspired by the American drama/ thriller of the
series ‘Pretty Little Liars’ where we have the four girls all looking mysterious
and directly at the camera.
As you can see we used the red coloured theme along with the cloudy background
as we believed that it makes the characters stand out more and look more
mysterious.
5. Again we also found some pros and cons in
our magazine cover.
Pros:
• The colours we used blend well together.
• We included some pugs and banners
that make the poster seem more
appealing.
Cons:
• The images of the characters need to be
more centred.
• The colour of the coverline ‘Death!
Deceit! Denial’ needs to be more clearer.
6. THE FILM POSTER
Our film poster has also been inspired by the American drama/ thriller series
of ‘Pretty Little Liars.’ In our film poster we included the four main characters
as well as the victim who was killed.
7. Pros:
• We have the consistent grey colour scheme throughout our project.
Cons:
• If we used different images rather than the images we used for the
magazine posters.
• Our writing at the billing block aren’t clear enough which makes it hard for
our audience to see.
