2. How does your media product represent particular
social groups?
3. My film is based on a criminal trying to hide from an army personnel.
Both appear to be in their early twenties as can be seen from their clothes,
physique and the acts they carry out. For example, the criminal is seen
running and wearing a leather jacket.
4. The criminal in my film appears to be more well off than
criminals usually are as he first comes in a nice car. This
shows that he may have made a lot of money through
criminal activities.
5. The second character is an army personnel. He appears to
belong to the middle class as most army officers initially
belong to this class.
6. The characters in my film are both male. Male characters are
common in most crime films as the common concept is that it is
the men who can take care of the ‘dirty work’ or they are more
capable of fighting. Even the cops are male as they are considered
more capable of ‘taking out the bad guys’.
