This document outlines instructions for designing a warm up for a physical education class. It asks the student to explain the first, second and third parts of the warm up, including gentle exercises and jogging for the first part, mobility and stretching for the second, and strength and speed exercises for the third. Each exercise in the warm up must include a drawing or written description, as well as the time or number of repetitions.
