Our media product represents teachers and police in a non-stereotypical way. Unlike the unattractive teacher stereotype, our teacher character is young, feminine and fashionable to generate audience sympathy for our sexually abused victim. Our detective is an antihero who works for the government but secretly commits crimes, similar to the character Detective Mark Hoffman from Saw. We don't reveal our detective's identity until the end and film him tracking his victim with his hood up to portray him as a stalker instead of explicitly showing him as a detective from the start.

Unlike the stereotype of teachers our character is not one of those lacking looks and very unattractive, as she is young feminine and fashionable. 4. Detective Marsdon and Detective Mark Hoffman (saw) are Both Similar Characters working for the government to help prevent crime , yet both of them are creating crime. Detective Mark Hoffman, who plays a police officer in the saw films, who plays both fields - good and bad. While he’s out killing his victims he throws the police off course and places the blame on someone innocent. Similarly Detective Marsdon, who sexually abuses women and stalks them, does the same. both characters are anti hero's. within thee opening our detective is not shown as a detective , but as a typical stalker, that would sexual abuse women. Because he is a anti hero we didn’t want to reveal his identity until thee end. We shot him in a long tracking shot , with his hoody up, to show that he stalking his victim.
