participants, 273 (67%) were male and the mean age was 20.37 years old. GPA was stratified into

The overall activity was very interesting in regards to my personal methods of evaluation and
critical thinking. Each image was unique as I often applied my own personal knowledge and
experience the overall interpretation of the picture. To begin, as I viewed the first picture, I scanned
it for familiar objects or activities. For instance, the first image showed a boat, a woman, and a
horse. Through this observation, I determined that the women were working extremely hard in a
particular profession, such as farming. From the first initial picture, it seemed as though the women
was having an unpleasant experience as she was working in the mountains. The overall color of the
picture also affected my overall interpretation. For instance, the black and white coloring seemed to
indicate a mood of despair or monotony. In addition, the vague background seemed to focus the
observer's attention on both the woman and the horse as she worked, seemingly, in a tireless fashion.
Once more clarity was provided in the second picture, I could easy interpret the overall image. The
ships in the background for instance, provided additional possibilities in regards to the overall
context of the picture. For example, the women could have been a settler picking up supplies. The
once gloomy observation from the first picture has now been replaced with a more optimistic tone

Analysis of the data in the present study is done with the focus on the Continuous and
Comprehensive Evaluation methods of evaluation of Teachers with Gender, School location,
Teachers Education Qualification, School type. The data was analysis were the Mean, Standard
Deviation, t–test and other statistical calculations.

There are so many new teaching and learning practices involving blended and shared approaches
(Litoiu, 2014). Professional development is no longer just a face–to–face experience. There are now
virtual worlds and enhanced learning experiences that can increase an educators interactions with
colleagues and create a more involved and exciting learning experience (Litoiu, 2014). It is
therefore necessary for educators and other school professionals to obtain a number of new skills, to
relearn previous skills, and to meet the new social and knowledge demands (Aspin, 2001).
According to research and data collected by the National Center for Education Statistics (2006), it
shows that in the 1999–2000 school year that 95 percent of the educators did take part in many
different trainings and workshops. By 2008, 78 percent of teachers reported that although they felt
they did more teaching in the classroom than learning themselves, that they did have a mentor
teacher to help support them in the classroom (Honawar, 2008).
Delivering Professional Development in Education In order for educators to master new skills,
practices, and meet new expectations, educators must be able to work with colleagues in order to
better understand and examine the new standards that are being proposed (Corcoran, 1995).

The Greenby Mental Health Center funding has been cut back. The cut back in funding has caused
the organization to look at possibly doing away with their consultation and education department.

The Consultation and Education department draw clients in and a large majority of these clients go
on to participate in the larger, more funding drawing, programs. So if the department is done away
with, client numbers may decrease and other programs may suffer. "Outcomes evaluation is often
described first by looking at its basic components. Outcomes evaluation looks at programs as
systems that have inputs, activities/processes, outputs and outcomes –– this system's view is useful

These are materials and resources that the program uses in its activities, or processes, to serve
clients, equipment, staff, volunteers, facilities, money, etc. These are often easy to identify and many
of the inputs seem common to many organizations and programs. * Activities –
These are the activities, or processes, that the program undertakes with/to the client in order to meet
the clients' needs, for example, teaching, counseling, sheltering, feeding, clothing, etc. Note that
when identifying the activities in a program, the focus is still pretty much on the organization or
program itself, and still is not so much on actual changes
