comparingmanydifferentonestoensure thatthe fontwe chose wasindeedthe correctone.After
decidinguponthe text,we thenmovedontolookingata soundtrackforthe filmandbasedona
groupdecision,we decideduponthe sloweddownversionof ‘Heaven’aswe feltitfittedintothe
filmappropriately,the songisseenasbeingquite athoughtful song.Thistrackwouldgive the
watchingaudience anindicationthatthe filmwasgoingtobe quite deepthoughtandemotional as
well asbeingthrilling,thisthengivesthe audience anaccurate ideato whattheyexpecttosee when
seeingthe film.

As a groupwe usedloadsof differenttechnologiesforthe constructionof ourfilm.One of the main
technologiesusedbeingGoogle,the mainreasonforusingGoogle beingforresearchintodifferent
thingswithinourfilm.One of these thingsbeinganalysingdifferentfontsfromotherfilmcoversto
discoveratype of fontthat couldfitintoour coverlike othersforpeople tobe able toestablishthat
it’sa thrillerbefore watching.Aswell asusingGoogle,we usedYouTubeasone of our source of
research;thisallowedustowatch variousclipsfromthe same genre tobe able tocompare themto
othersof the same genre before incorporatingourfindingsintoourfilmpiece.We alsoused
YouTube to researcha soundtrackforour film, thisallowedustolistentoanumberof different
tracks before selectingone, andwe convertedthe file intoanMP3 file.
7. Lookingback at your preliminarytask,what do you feel youhave learnt in the progression
from it to the full product?

Lookingback at our preliminarytaskinwhichwe produced,Iam now aware of the progresswe
made as a groupinthe productionof ouractual mediaproduct.ProgressinwhichIfeltwe made was
the use of cameras,at firstin the preliminarytask,the shotswe createdwere all veryroughand
weren’tsteadyandconcentratedliketheyare inthe mediaproduct.Whilst,inourmediaproduct,
we useda tripodto ensure thatwe couldhave a steadyshotof the action takenplace inthe shot.
Thismakessure that the filmisto a decentstandardunlike the preliminarytaskwhichwasaimed
and producedforuse to geta feel of the use of camerasand how theywork.
