This document provides instructions for a coursework assignment on project tendering for a single-story show house. Students are divided into groups to either present to the client as if their tender was successful, or to their company director to explain why their tender was unsuccessful. They are given guidelines on what to cover in their presentations, including an introduction, strengths and weaknesses of the tender, any errors, and other relevant matters. The assignment will contribute to 10% of the students' final course grade. Presentations will take place on a specified date and time.
