Rick Wambaki created a mood board and plan for a new music magazine. The magazine will feature the latest news, gossip, and albums for a genre of music appealing to ages 14-20. Test shots and finished products were created using the same model with different wardrobes to fit two themes. When planning the magazine's construction, bright colors and an instantly eye-catching front cover were considered essential to catch readers' attention.

3. DESCRIPTION OF MUSIC MAGAZINE
My new music magazine will consist of the latest news regarding artists and
their albums, gossip and speculation. This will appeal to my audience as the
genre of music they listen to fits the type of description in my magazine. My
USP would have to my heading, I believe I have used a unique font style
that no-one else has, the housing style of my magazine was influenced by
magazines such as the source, VIBE, GQ etc.

6. STARTING MY MAGAZINE
When planning how I wanted to construct my magazine, I had to consider
what will catch the readers attention. Doing this will allow my to include to
brightest colours to enhance the entire image. Also considering the fact
that my audience is aged around 14-20 year olds, a front cover that stands
out instantly is essential.
From my finished products, you’ll notice I have used the same model
throughout the shoot. The only noticeable aspect that I changed with the
model was the choice of wardrobe; I believe different using different
clothes was necessary considering the fact that there were two different
themes for both of my shoots.
