2. Why have you chosen your production

• We have chosen this as our company because it was the first
initials of all our names who were in our group; Paige, Jebba,
Lana and Rebecca. We had chose to use the colour theme as
black and red because these two colours can be both
represented as evil, black being death and red being blood,
we had chosen to do the name in bold and a paint brush sort
of effect but it looks like someone had written it with their
fingers in the color black brining an even scarier element to it,
behind this we put splatters of blood because killing is a very
generic convention.
3. What is a production company and
what do they do?
Production companies are responsible for
many things or have many roles for example
responsible for the filming of the a certain [art
of the production , they also fund the money
for the production. they are the development
of new modern media this can be a wide
variety from Tv shows to films.
4. What is the job of a film distributor?
film distributors take care of release dates and
also the viewings of the film, they can either
be an individual or a company; home viewings
can be trailers, dvd’s and also tv programmes.
5. Which film distributer would you choose for your
film and why, and what other films have they
distributed that are similar to yours?
we have decided to choose Maxim Media
Marketing Film Distributors are they are highly
reliable and trustworthy based on their success
of this genre, they have many successful films
that are international too for example some of
these;
6. How would your film be funded?
FIlm4 is a british digital television channel that
could fund us because our film is pure british
and also not all of the films that are played are
very well known and because they don't have
very well known institutions and so on they
are quite low budget films, so our film would
rank around there.
7. Titles; why do you need them and how
have you presented them?
It is vital to have titles in the opening scene
because this is one of the things because this
is a basic procedure, all the people involved
need to be mentioned and shown credit for
and also sometime if it's well known director
for example Tim Burton people will want to
watch the film even more and be interested
because of his past successes.
