1. Visual Inspection:
Examine the battery pack for
physical damage, such as
dents, leaks, or corrosion.
Check for loose connections,
damaged wiring, or any signs
of overheating.

2. Test the Pack
Before handling more,
diagnose the battery pack
with EV Doctor or equivalent
systems to get idea about
the Battery Health, Risk
levels and other crucial
parameters.

3. Check string voltages
Moving ahead, check the
string voltages to infer to
the outcomes. Ensure the
parallel voltages are
matching impeccably.

4. Balancing the cells
Check the voltage of each
individual cell in the battery
pack. Significant variations in
cell voltage can indicate
imbalances or a faulty cell.
Balancing may be necessary
to equalize the charge across
all cells.

5. Repack and Test Again
After replacing the cells with
appropriate ones, make sure
the IR and V levels are
matching it. (Do Thermal
tests if required)
Afterward, repack and test
the battery again with EV
Doctor or equivalent systems.

Based on the available charging data points, the
scan determines the voltage profile and DCIR of
the battery. Before EV Doctor, the diagnosis took
