WHICH GUIDE THEM IN DOING WHAT IS RIGHT. IN
ANCIENT INDIA, THERE IS GREAT EMPHASIS ON
“TRUTHFULNESS” WHICH IS CONSIDERED AS THE
GREATEST SERVICE ONE PERSON CAN RENDER
ANOTHER” (KIRKWOOD, 2013).
ETHICAL COMMUNICATION
ETHICS IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF COMMUNICATION.
AS HUMAN BEINGS, OUR DAILY INTERACTIONS WITH OTHERS
INVOLVE COMMUNICATION. WHEN WE COMMUNICATE, WE
DECIDE WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES OF OUR
RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHERS. WE MUST DECIDE HOW TO BEHAVE
AND RESPOND TO THE SITUATION. WE MUST GIVE REGARD TO
THE CONSEQUENCES OF OUR ACTIONS TO OTHERS, AND
OURSELVES.
HOW DO YOU TELL YOUR FRIEND THAT HE OR SHE IS
NOT BEING HONEST WITH YOU IN SUCH A WAY IT
