If there was no structure in writing, would you be able to find the theme of that
writing piece? Structure is used to solidify and give life to the theme of that writing.
Structure backs up the theme and also makes writing more interesting. There are
many ways that structure helps portray theme. Writers use diction, figurative
language, syntax, imagery, and line structure to portray theme in a way that most
people do not think about. Writers use these structure types to enhance their writing

Figurative language is used to add personality to a certain song or story. The
figurative language in a certain song usually correlated to the theme. It draws out
the theme and really portrays a certain mood. In the song Believer, by Imagine
Dragons, the figurative language directly correlates to the theme of pain being
able to drive you to work harder than before. Imagine Dragons use darker figurative
language including, You re the face of the future, the blood in my veins, to

At the time the novel was set, New York City was young, it was fresh, and it was

Akeelah Character Analysis
Akeelah works hard to achieve her personal legend and her whole world conspires
to help make that happen. There are many points in the movie that showcases her
stepping towards her legend without her knowing she is. The first point that I
noticed was her seeing a spelling bee T.V. show while there was a spelling bee
going
on at her school. Those are omens, small hints in her life that made her think about
what she wants to do or what her personal legend is. As she was watching the show,
she heard a word which was called brunneous, and she didn t know what meant.
Each new word she listens or learns, she wrote it down in her diary and tried to
memorize them. She had a natural talent for doing so. Expanding her vocabulary
which was practice for the spellingbee, but she didn t know that then. Akeelah hits a
wall where Dr. Larabee kicked her out due to her disrespect and attitude. Her being
kicked out made her furious, she wanted to prove to Dr. Larabee that she didn t
need his assistance to help her win the provincial spelling bee. This was the first
step Akeelah took by herself towards her personal legend and also knowing why
she was doing it. During the provincial spelling bee, Akeelah got a word wrong due
to the lack of coaching, but her whole world wanted her to make top 10 to get to

Due to how abusable current copyright laws are, they must be reformed to prevent
copyright trolling. According to Matthew Sag, The essence of trolling is that the
plaintiff is more focused on the business of litigation than on selling a product or
service or licensing their IP to third parties to sell a product or a service ( Copyright
Trolling, An Empirical Study page 4). Copyright trolls seek to acquire their income
from suing others on copyright violations, rather than continually creating new
works and using copyright to protect them. Copyright, whether one agrees with the
concept or not, was not designed for this purpose. People should not be allowed to
make a business off of suing others. This is not only unjust, but wastes the court s
time with actual crimes. The United States must reform its current laws to prevent

When the housing market collapse occurred I was much younger and not fully
aware or advised of how serious the situation really was. Several of my family
members owned homes then, but looking back now they sheltered their children
from the situation completely. I realized still to this day I do not know how or what
they were doing to get through the market collapse but I realize my situation could
have been much worse. Now years later I am faced with the decision to buy a home
someday like many in my generation and those looking to buy property again. But
just like a growing society its citizens must learn from previous mistakes made in
order to avoid the same outcomes and flourish.
Here are just some of the lessons we must learn from:
First you must do your own research. If you are seriously looking for a home look
into everything you can think of and then research some more. If you have a partner
then you will be able to expand your research with two different points of views and
get more results. Don t depend on Wall Street and their outlooks for the future
because in reality it is a game of chances. Just because someone says jump off a
bridge into shallow water because you won t drown would you do it? The people on
Wall Street and those in charge (unless psychic) can t predict the future.
Another lesson learned: Mortgage debt is real debt and must be paid eventually. A lot
of home owners would refinance their homes for extra cash but you can t do that

The Oncology Management System: Impac, MOSAIQ was used to transfer the data
from the OMP treatment planning system to the Linac before running the Linac to
determine the points ISO center, Beam Information and Dose Information, as shown

and 2 respectively. Tables 4 and 5 show beam information for the first and second
phantoms, respectively. The energy used for the plans was 6MV because lung
cancer is treated clinically with 6MV in HOF Hospital 10 MV beam is not used
because considered very high energy and risky to the lungs. Wedges were used for

According to CollegeStartClass (2015) there are about 16,765 students enrolled at
NMSU and according to the NMSU Parking department there are only about

perceived as good and bad. The character Jay Gatsby had a great desire for wealth
since he was young. Him acquiring money now influences his decisions and others

belief influences Nick, Daisy and Tom. Gatsby uses his wealth to try to win over

thought to only be associated with psychology; however neuroscience has proved

why it is easier to remember something that is accessed more often. The new

for students to retain the knowledge they are taught it needs to be transferred to

In Autumn of 1918 it all started, desertion rates were dramatically rising in the
German army, civil strikes reduced German war, protection, this was the beginning of
the end of the war. While the German army was slowly collapsing the Americans
