produced in low levels in such patients. The samples with LLV were amplified to determine
whether LLV present in patients on effective ART regimen resulted from the development of
drug resistance. Out of the 31 samples that were amplified using the optimized protocol, seven
had no product by the time library preparation was set up. The likelihood of the loss of PCR
products during clean up exists. There is a high possibility of mishandling the sample during
shipping and receiving of the samples. Instead of screw cap tubes, the samples were shipped on a
96 well plate with a film on top, which is not ideal as per protocol. Additionally, the ice packs had
melted by the time the lab received samples for sequencing. Since DNAdoes not evaporate easily,
lack of proper shipping and storage techniques could have led to samples spilling or possible

She doesn t want him to sit there dying the way [whites] want[s] you to die. The people in the train
laugh at this spectacle in the background and a drunk joins her and dances with her. The audience
and the drunk accepting and laughing with her disrespectful comments illustrate the other white
people in society. They do not see the black struggle as a major issue.
Clay does not get angry initially, but he eventually does when Lula says he and his big lipped
Uncle Tom father are afraid of white people and always will be. He gets angry enough to kill her.
Clay finally got a voice and stands up for himself for the first time in the entire play. This shows
the black community getting fed up with oppression and wanting to stand up for themselves. This
is done through multiple political and black power groups such as the Black Panther Party and
leaders such as Malcolm X. It s also done through arts in Harlem referred to as the Harlem
Renaissance with poets like Langston Hughes and Elizabeth Alexander. In present day, there are
still people are fed up with the intentional and systematic target of black people for demise such as
#BlackLivesMatter.
Clay threatens to kill Lula and the spectators on the train. This shows how upset black people are
because there are whites who are watching all of the racism

Act and claimed an adverse inference in march 2010 that the defended State University of New
York at Farmingdale were unable to implement and effectively carryout litigation hold which
resulted in spoliation of electronic records. The judge acknowledged that the defendants were
