show that not only it is possible to detect but also to characterize virus that continues to be
produced in low levels in such patients. The samples with LLV were amplified to determine
whether LLV present in patients on effective ART regimen resulted from the development of
drug resistance. Out of the 31 samples that were amplified using the optimized protocol, seven
had no product by the time library preparation was set up. The likelihood of the loss of PCR
products during clean up exists. There is a high possibility of mishandling the sample during
shipping and receiving of the samples. Instead of screw cap tubes, the samples were shipped on a
96 well plate with a film on top, which is not ideal as per protocol. Additionally, the ice packs had
melted by the time the lab received samples for sequencing. Since DNAdoes not evaporate easily,
lack of proper shipping and storage techniques could have led to samples spilling or possible

The Deformity
The bright lights and unknown voices travelled around me. It surly wasn t the first time I had
experienced this, but it was the first time I could actually recognize what was going on. They tried
to ease my nervousness with their soothing words, but being so anxious nothing could soothe me.
It all started at birth. My deformity was nothing new to the medical world, but in my parent s eyes
it was something out of fiction. My feet were turned in like hockey sticks. In medical jargon it is
noted as club foot which is a perfect description. But of course my parents being who they are
dismissed my quark and accepted me and fell in love. This could be said about the rest of my
family too, but when they finally were able to conceive what was actually occurring they became
weary and quite sad, especially my grandfather. When he first picked me up he took me to the
corner seat of the hospital room and cried. But, his fear and sadness did come with love and
acceptance.
At the age of one I received my first surgery. Being June, the temperature was excruciating which
only made things worse for my casts and me. The sweat would drip down my legs and into the
crevasses where I could not reach. The moisture would sit in the cloth for days and my wounds
would itch tremendously. After the removal of the casts learning to walk was difficult, but being a
child it came quickly.

Designing a New Programming Language
The objective of this project is to design a programing language by using basic common qualities
from two different programing languages. This presentation should illustrate the features of the
various programing languages currently used in the industry and this common capabilities. The
constant of this experiment is the comparison and use object oriented programing languages. After
analysis create a programing language with the same structures and variables. Further define the
classes of the language such as its attributes and characteristics. The language executed basic
algorithmic solutions. Therefore when I created controls and data structures also finding means to
express algorithms I was able to create a programing language. The variables in this projects were
the stored values such as strings and integers. If I was to do this experiment in the future or expand
on this experiment I would define and organize my experimental data structures differently.

computer. The researcher chose this project to understand and learn about Programming language
design, structure and computer software development. The researcher wanted to find out how
object oriented programing languages work, their processing, how they are designed to complete

1.) Alexis de Tocqueville viewed equality as the greatest political and social idea in his era. He
was a French sociologist and political theorist who traveled to the United States to study its social

Individualism in humans was consdered dangerous in society because once a population is
unwilling to contribute to society, it could cause a crumble in the system and lead to a harder
situation for all members of the area. Those who are individualists are unwilling to bond with the
