For this week s discussion in Module One, I reviewed a local daycare center company my
mother works for. The company is a sole proprietorship and is very small. Although, the women

driven by the carnapper and he failed to catch up with it, he and Zenny looked for the tricycle the
whole night.
Second. The tricycle was stolen in the early morning of November 21, and Parlade gave his
statement to the police in the afternoon of the same day as supported by his affidavit which was
timed 1:30pm.
Third. Parlade said he was 5 meters away and so somewhat near from the tricycle when it was
stolen which was against his sworn statement wherein he stated medyo malayo . And when he
shouted, the carnapper looked back but suddenly started the motor. From that Parlade said he

recognized the carnapper whose purpose was to flee and so merely glanced back. This was

On 31st August 2014, the National People s Congress Standing Committee of China published a
report on the 2017 Hong Kong Political Reform, setting the framework of the election method of
the Hong Kong Chief Executive: 1,200 people would form a broadly representative election
committee and nominate candidates whom 370,000 registered electors would vote for (4).While
the pro Beijing camp saw this as an enormous improvement over the 2012 electionmethod which
