Kids thrive off interaction with each other and playing . They need this interaction to
grow socially, physically, and mentally. When there playgrounds get torn down,
mistreated, and rundown it presents problems for these kids lives. The problem I am

worn down and becoming a small hazard.
This problem has been becoming worse and worse over the past decade. Concerns

technologies for Internet access at the given time. One of the possible
implementation of such a system is an OTT virtual access network based on UDP
tunneling, which has been widely used in Mobile IP or for VPN (Virtual Private
Networks).
In order to minimize the energy consumption at the end device and the usage of
the Cellular spectrum should be used only if necessary [17]. We can aggregate Wi fi
and Cellular link Based on the detailed information available for a certain application
is possible [18], and can be compared in terms of benefits as well as drawbacks.
The contribution of this paper is in two ways. We define three algorithms in the
OTT VAN architecture which take application type or application quality into

For this paper I interviewed a fairly new nurse who faced an ethical dilemma
involving medical treatment of a Jehovah Witness. The dilemma she faced was that
her patient was dying and needed a blood transfusion in order to survive. The
patient was a 29 year old female who was pregnant with her third child. She was
brought to the hospital suffering from the effects of a car accident. It was suspected
that she was bleeding internally as well as having a broken arm, and contusions to
her head. The nurse informed the patient of the critical nature of her condition and
that the plan of care for her was an immediate blood transfusion.
Since the patient was a Jehovah Witness she refused any treatments involving a
blood transfusion because she felt that if she accepted the blood transfusion she
would be going against her family and religious beliefs. Her husband who was also
at her bedside agreed with his wife s decision. Eventually her husband left to pick
up their children from daycare. Her condition worsened and she decided to change
her mind because she realized that she was really going to die if she did not have
the transfusion and wanted to be around for her children. She then asked the nurse if
she could still receive the blood without informing her husband of her decision. The
nurse was so relieved with the patient s decision and informed the healthcare
provider. Because of this decision the patient and unborn child were able to make a
full recovery.

The Anger Of Agamemnon In The Illiad
The anger of Agamemnon is a catalyst that drives the plot of The Illiad. In the
beginning of the epic, Agamemnon s insult towards Achilles had caused him to leave
the war; causing countless Achaean soldiers to lose their lives. Because, without
Achilles, they were defenceless. After the Trojan soldiers had been on the brink of
victory, Agamemnon realises that his anger was far beyond the realm of humanity;
he was not in control, and he was utterly blinded. In turn, it caused Agamemnon to
return to his normal mindset.
When the Greeks lose the tempered Achilles, the war starts to lean toward the
Trojans. When he had been in his mellow state, Agamemnon realises that victory
without Achilles is virtually impossible. With that in mind, Agamemnon is willing to
forgive Achilles by offering him a major ransom and the bond of friendship.
Agamemnon had not been in that right state of mind, his rage had him feeling
controlled and causing him to act irrational.
It seems that Agamemnon had not been in control of his emotional state. Nestor had
advised Agamemnon not to let his rage get to him, but in his inhuman mentality, he
did not listen. With Zeus commanding the victory of the Trojans, Agamemnon comes
to the realization that losing Achilles was a fatal mistake. Because, Achilles s fighting
abilities is comparable to an entire army.
Now that Agamemnon is in his right sense of mind, he desperately seeks the
forgiveness of Achilles. In order to cement his forgiveness, Agamemnon offers
