Evaluating Systems Describe Epic piece as it fits with the other HCM systems Etime is running in US & Canada; Columbia, UK and Switzerland in process and will be live by January 1st – Switzerland will be done earlier Also use payroll: Best of Breed (BOB) in UK; also have 11 countries for e-time Where are you using Global payroll US & Canada were first and were very detailed when it came to training took 6 months, but learned a lot and applied those learnings to the Colombia implementation that took 3 months Global e-time works with global HCM systems Where are you in the Workday integration process?

Biggest challenges Challenge is understanding each country Hiring the right staff to accommodate Contractors that we screen to help with the local needs >Share: Colombia story… did due diligence and found great local support >Share: Switzerland story… didn’t source and realized any implementation and configuration needs local expertise Keeping global consistency has been tough We did an assessment each country and find the gaps We don’t have a top down approach to epic – we work with our countries collaboratively Collaborative culture leads to challenges on who makes the decision
  5. Shifting to global standards for time and labor we did a 16 country assessment we evaluated each country with regard to epic standards…what at a minimum should all our payrolls have? Had to consider tailored approach – some countries large, others small business issues – people wearing multiple hats challenge Share>>Netherlands findings and how that helped build a business case to prioritize funding Share>> EeT upgrade of US from v7 to v8 and inclusion of Canada and Columbia went as planned, and current projects, Switzerland and UK are on schedule. Excellent collaborative engagement between partners

Setting the standard for solutions Our biggest pain point was dealing with paper for taking PTO TLM was more critical than other needs at the time eTime was already up and running in the US The UK was having a significant OT overrun We needed a time tracking system to better manage our overtime We wanted single source We wanted the system to be owned by finance Benefits of integrating your time and labor systems with existing HCM system We weren’t taking full advantage of data center Half workforce is hourly Data centers operate 24/7 and we needed systems that supported that Once we rolled out the broader functionality of eTime Having our managers in our data centers be able to use a more accurate efficient system Scheduling optimization Better control of OT & shift changes Further success created support for adoption Automated workflow for time off Workday doesn’t maintain PTO accrual balance
